Gabriela Hearst for Chloé dressed three celebrities for the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party held in California on Sunday (March 27).

Katie Holmes wore a Chloé made-to-measure black, pleated off-the-shoulder dress that offered one of the more relaxed takes on evening wear we saw at this event.

I would’ve loved some emerald earrings, but as presented Katie, upheld Chloe’s nonchalant bohemian aesthetic that the Parisian brand is known for.

I would’ve been more on board with Diane Lane’s made-to-measure Chloé dress without the black accents and shoes.

Amy Schumer, who co-hosted the Oscars, wore my least favourite Chloé dress of the trio.

The sleeves feel a bit dated, and I’m also struggling with the white leather perforated bustier.
