Burberry Celebrates Anne Imhof’s Exhibition ‘Natures Mortes’

Irina Shayk Burberry Celebrates Anne Imhof’s Exhibition ‘Natures Mortes’

Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer Riccardo Tisci hosted an event on Tuesday (October 19) to celebrate the closing of Anne Imhof’s exhibition ‘Natures Mortes’ at Palais De Tokyo in Paris, as part of FIAC art fair ‘parcours privés’ calendar.

Irina Shayk was of course in attendance, as the Russian model is a regular on the runway for the British brand.

If Burberry were boiled down to one all-encompassing product, it would undoubtedly be its trench coat, but the model opted to wear a puffer jacket with a simple Burberry black dress made sultry by her merely wearing it.

I would’ve loved a pop of colour here, even if it was just via her lips, but she looks beautiful regardless.

A Burberry TB quilted bag and leather loafers completed her look.

Any fashionable event in Paris will of course have Isabelle Huppert on the guest list.

The French actress was doing what she usually does, ooze plenty of charisma, while looking so cool, unaffected, and ever so stylish wearing this Burberry Fall 2021 look.

Even if she has opted out of wearing the gold metallic paillette turtleneck, she would’ve found a way to make this look covetable.

Candice Swanepoel Burberry Celebrates Anne Imhof’s Exhibition ‘Natures Mortes’

Candice Swanepoel wore a Burberry Spring 2022 look which I would’ve expected Irina to wear as this two-piece look is more in tune with the Russian model’s style.

Candice’s style usually leans more towards sultry fitted dresses and jaw-dropping gowns, but I have noticed that she has been going down a “something new” path of late.

Does she sell look to me?

I think she would have had it not been for the styling.

While I do like the Burberry coat, signature check bag and chain accented loafers, but they don’t go with the red two-piece look for me.

But I’m thinking that this was maybe the point.
