Jennifer Lopez Wore Valentino Haute Couture For MTV

Jennifer Lopez captioned this look on Instagram, “Today’s look ✨ #FashionFriday @mtv @maisonvalentino @jlobeauty @maryphillips @robzangardi @marielhaenn @tombachik @chrisappleton1.”

The actress-singer is a beautiful woman, but much praise goes to her team for ensuring that JLo glow is captured in all its glory for every occasion. 

However, when it comes to this image, only a few things excite me. 

1. Jennifer herself.
2. Those Valentino Spring 2021 Haute Couture boots.
3. The backdrop.
4. Her hair.

The Valentino outfit itself is my least favourite part of this look.

The skirt is just awkward, from the slit to the D-ring belt.

I wouldn’t have been mad if the top was a bodysuit, and JLo had just worn the bodysuit with the boots.  

That would’ve made for a better outfit, but as this was for a TV special, she of course had to wear the skirt.
