Lucy Hale Rocks Three Looks Promoting ‘Katy Keene’
Lucy Hale has been busy on the promo circuit for her new show, ‘Katy Keene,’ in which she plays a character who goes to New York City to pursue her dreams in fashion. And, judging from these three looks on Wednesday (February 5), she is fully living into that style-forward spirit.
Starting off at the Build Series, the actress posed in a Zendaya x Tommy Hilfiger Fall 2019 ensemble paired with Manolo Blahnik ‘BB’ pumps.
You will likely remember that this suit was previously worn by Zendaya — and I don’t think anyone can outshine the first-time-out version worn by the design collaborator herself.
But, Lucy was a solid second contender for the look and I loved seeing her in this luxe tailoring and its rich aubergine hue, even if the polka-dot bow was borderline overwhelming for her shorter frame.
Lucy Hale also stopped by the Saks Fifth Avenue windows, which were decked out just for her and the show.
This Kate Spade New York Spring 2020 pink top and skirt was prim, proper, and the very epitome of girly-chic.
I love the addition of the fuchsia coat and handbag as well as the hot-pink pumps to check the box on all shades of pink here.
For her last stop, she kept the same colour theme going — this time, with a slightly sultrier edge, courtesy of a Dolce & Gabbana corset dress.
I got a certain vintage-mod mood from this moment, with the Jimmy Choo pumps adding a proper exclamation point to the look. I think the look would have been a bit one-note without them.
The dark ruby-oxblood lip also added some intrigue to this pretty-in-pink appearance.
