Ellie Goulding’s Transitional Coat Inspo

It’s that time of year when outerwear gets a bit tricky.

On one hand you don’t want to be cold, but you also don’t want to spend half the day with your chunky coat draped over your arm due to overheating.

You also don’t want to step out and get to that point of the day when the temperature dips and start saying your “shoulda, coulda, wouldas’.”

Ellie Goulding was spotted arriving at NRJ radio studios on Wednesday (March 27) in Paris, France; and it appears that she’s nailed the ‘Transitional Coat’ wearing Rag & Bone’s ‘Ren’ trench.

The classic trench coat has never looked so modern.

I like the sandy light colour which instantly brightens up her simple staples – which includes Rag & Bone’s ‘Dre’ low-rise ankle slim boyfriend jeans, as she lets the world know she’s ready to move into the new season.
