Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Gucci & Jigsaw – The Henry Fawcett Children’s Centre Visit

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Gucci & Jigsaw - The Henry Fawcett Children's Centre Visit

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in London today (March 12), where she visited the Henry Fawcett Children’s Centre, to see how Leap Lambeth are using the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) to support parents, carers and their children.

Cutting a stylish figure for the occasion, the Duchess wore a Gucci blouse with a pair of wide-legged trousers from high street retailer Jigsaw.

I adore the colour of the blouse. It makes a loud, ladylike statement, and is cut in a fluid drape for effortless wear.

When it comes to the trousers, I wish they were an inch or two shorter. They are not quite comical long like Victoria Beckham, but a tad too long nonetheless.

Catherine completed her fashionable look with a pair of black block heel pumps and a dainty grey Aspinal of London bag.

As always, her voluminous brunette locks were styled to perfection, whilst her makeup was characteristically understated.

She needs to pull up the pants and have them tailored. Love the blouse.
Her style has become more modern recently. Good for her

+1, she should definitively keep her new stylist. She looks very good and not so… matronly.

+2. Her old stylist needs to find a new job, we don’t want her back.

She looks great, I have no issues with the pants, they skim the floor and are meant to. I have a problem when the length is so long they actually puddle on the ground.

Love the pants and the length is perfect IMO (but I also love Victoria Beckham pants, and length 🙂 ).
She looks good, it’s quite a nice change for her.

Apart from hemming the pants, I wish she changed her hairstyle to give a modern feel to her outifts. I like the colour of the blouse.

Super chic. Loving her new direction.

It’s a new look for her, but the proportions feel off to me and the bag really doesn’t gel with it.

Love, love, love that gorgeous shade of orchid. In fact, I love the whole looks, sans bag.

    I agree about the hair

The wide leg trousers are a great direction for her and the colour of the blouse is fabulous. I can’t be mad at that glorious hair, though if I was wearing that neckline I would have chosen an up do. I would have preferred a different bag to complete the look.

I think there is some improvement to be made it terms of wearing high-waisted anything. The pants don’t compliment her body very well in that area. She’s very slim, has a great body, but her stylist needs to find a better fit.

Other than that, I’m happy with the direction she’s taken.

I don’t mind the length of the pants.

This is her best look this week IMO.

Nothing groundbreaking, but I like the colors and it’s event appropriate.
