Andrea Riseborough In Ronald van der Kemp – ‘Waco’ New York Premiere & Ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell

Andrea Riseborough showed her support for Ronald van der Kemp, wearing two outfits from the designer at recent events. First, she attended the ‘Waco’ New York premiere on Monday (January 22), where she joined Melissa Benoist. Then she and the ‘Waco’ cast rang the Nasdaq Opening Bell on Tuesday (January 23).

‘Waco’ New York Premiere: There is a whimsical theatricality to this look that immediately made me think of Sia. A skirt suit silhouette has been subverted with the train and tufts of pleated fabric to produce a short dress that was as enchanting as any long gown. The black frock and Jimmy Choo shoes showed solidarity with the Time’s Up pin affixed to her top.

‘Waco’ Cast Ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell: She embraced the charms of the designer again in another black ensemble. The separates are extremely polished, but the details balance the seriousness for a tongue-in-cheek finish. Balenciaga boots kept the look sophisticated.

Not really feeling either look…but I like the black shadow-effect of her black skirt, stockings, and shoes in the second.

No to both and her hairstyle is too lopsided.

    No and hell no.

The first look has too much going on — the poof, the fall, ruffles, etc. At least, it’s black so some of the excess is less noticeable. The second is perfect for time spent at NASDAQ.

Lose the tail and the poofy shoulder thing on the first dress and it would be great. The second look is a snooze.

On her, I love the first look, on anyone else I think I would’ve hated it. I do wish she had worn other shoes though. The second look is a no from me.
