Natalia Vodianova cut an attention-grabbing profile at the Berluti Menswear Spring 2018 presentation during Paris Fashion Week on Friday (June 23)—with even an onlooker behind her snapping his smartphone pic.

And, it’s to be expected with an eclectic ensemble of this proportion.

Monse is a label known for its menswear-influenced fabrics, structured shirting, and deconstructed elements—and all of those pillars were fully celebrated in this Resort 2018 look.

There will be no denying its picnic-plaid boldness, or that Natalia wore its oversized, incongruous edge with as much sophistication as could be mustered.

I could perhaps eventually acquire a taste for its directional spirit. But, never for the shoes she paired with it.
