Matthew McConaughey In Dolce & Gabbana and Camila Alves In Paule Ka – ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ LA Premiere

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves attended the LA premiere of ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, California yesterday evening.

Having shed 50lbs to play an AIDS-afflicted hustler, the actor was still looking a shadow of his former self, wearing a chocolate Dolce & Gabbana wool suit styled with a polka-dot tie.

Camila looked divine wearing a Paule Ka ladylike white cape dress with decorative bows on the neckline and waist, which she styled with beige Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps with a gold trim and Martin Katz jewelry.

As always, they are a very handsome and well-dressed duo.
