Taylor Schilling In Zuhair Murad Couture – 2014 Emmy Awards

Taylor Schilling In Zuhair Murad – 2014 Emmy Awards

Taylor Schilling shed her drab prison garb before stepping onto the 2014 Emmy Awards Red Carpet at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday (August 25).

The breakout star of ‘Orange is the New Black’ looked stunning in a diaphanous gown from Zuhair Murad’s Fall 2014 Couture collection.

The long trailing dress, which featured swirling patterns of beading and a sexy draped back, was impeccably tailored to show off Taylor’s figure.

Taylor accessorized her look with Stuart Weitzman shoes, a white Raowulf clutch and diamond jewelry from Forevermark.

Although she’s something of a Red Carpet newbie, I would say that Taylor took no prisoners at the Emmy Awards.

Natalie Dormer In J.Mendel – 2014 Emmy Awards

Natalie Dormer’s use of contrasting colors made her a red carpet standout at the 2014 Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday (August 25). The “Game of Thrones” actress wore a form-fitting orange and brown dress from J. Mendel Resort 2015 that reminded us all that Halloween is just around the corner.

This was a look that was sure to please the gentlemen. Natalie’s styling included vavoom long tresses and simple but artfully applied makeup. Sophia Webster ‘Tyra’ pumps and Fred Leighton jewels were the finishing touch.

What do you think—was this look a trick or a treat?

Michelle Monaghan In Giambattista Valli Couture – 2014 Emmy Awards

Michelle Monaghan, who made an impact this year as Maggie in ‘True Detective,’ was part of the all-white fashion trend at the 2014 Emmy Awards on Monday (August 25) at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

Michelle’s simple long-sleeved gown from Giambattista Valli Fall 2014 Couture allowed her to reveal a flash of leg thanks to a front-split skirt. Her loose wavy hair and gold Christian Louboutin ‘Just On’ sandals add a touch of Hollywood glamour. Other accessories include a metallic M2Malletier clutch and Irene Neuwirth jewelry.

The runway version of this look included a gold medallion belt and long matching cape. Do you favor Michelle’s pared-down version?

Cat Deeley In Burberry – 2014 Emmy Awards

Cat Deeley In Burberry - 2014 Emmy Awards

Cat Deeley was also among the constellation of stars at the 2014 Emmy Awards on Monday (August 25) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ host floated across the red carpet in a Burberry antique rose, degrade organza gown with a plunging neckline and sash detail at the waist.

We saw a number of Emmys gowns that literally turned up the volume, with their staggeringly extravagant silhouettes, and this pretty design was no different.

She styled all those wispy, diaphanous layers with a Bulgari diamond snake cuff and a Jimmy Choo ‘Mini Charm’ clutch, complementing the mauve colours with a rose-pink lip.

A twisted updo rounded out the look, but would you have preferred to see her hair styled in soft waves to echo the romantic spirit of the dress?

Jessica Pare In Lanvin – 2014 Emmy Awards

Jessica Pare chose an elegant Lanvin design for the 2014 Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday (August 25). The look was a dramatic departure from the youthful 60s style she flaunts on “Mad Men.”

Jessica’s black strapless gown featured a beaded strapless bodice and draped tulip skirt. Her accessories included Christian Louboutin ‘Gardnera’ peep-toe shoes and a graceful sliver pendant necklace from Fred Leighton.

Her chic slicked back hair was the perfect do for this look, putting the focus on her stunning figure.
