Elizabeth Debicki In Christian Dior – ‘The Great Gatsby’ Sydney Premiere

Elizabeth Debicki In Christian Dior - ‘The Great Gatsby’ Sydney Premiere

Elizabeth Debicki attended ‘The Great Gatsby’ Sydney premiere, held at Moore Park in Australia this evening, alongside co-star Carey Mulligan.

The up-and-coming Australian actress threw me without her raven bob, which she rocks in the movie.

She wore a Christian Dior Spring 2013 sleeveless cashmere top with a floral organza skirt, similar to a look which we’ve seen on Anna Wintour back in October.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for the celebs to move past this collection as I’m having a case of repetitive red carpet syndrome.

Cate Blanchett In Martin Grant – Qantas Uniform Unveiling

Cate Blanchett In Martin Grant - Qantas Uniform Unveiling

Our other favourite Aussie, Cate Blanchett, was seated in the front row at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Australia earlier today to see the unveiling of the new Qantas uniform, showcased by Miranda Kerr.

The actress, who is a long-time friend of Martin Grant, wore a black dress from his recent Fall 2013 collection.

Her short-sleeved fitted dress with fold details on the shoulders was simply styled with patent-leather accessories including Roger Vivier ‘Choc’ pumps.

She just oozes elegance no matter what she wears.

2013 Logie Awards

Logie Awards 1

A constellation of starlets came out to celebrate the small-screen at Aussie TV’s biggest night, the 2013 Logie Awards. The red carpet was on fire yesterday at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne, Australia, as gowns and glam took their starring roles.

Rebecca Judd: The model and TV presenter strutted out her svelte frame in a daring corseted creation by J’Aton Couture. The design duo behind J’Aton is a favourite of hers, as they also designed her wedding gown. But I wasn’t quite saying ‘I do’ to this number. With all the sheer chiffon paneling, glinting gold belt and the metallic netting, I could have done without the shoulder and sleeve detail—and that high ponytail ‘do.

Samara Weaving: ‘Red’ and ‘lace.’ When used together, they have the potential to commit the most serious of fashion sins. Not so on this Australian actress who was stunning in Steven Khalil, the designer darling of the Logies. With this sweeping gown and its tastefully see-through bodice, it’s not hard to see why.

Jesinta Campbell: The former Miss Universe Australia showed her pageant best in this glittery Salvatore Ferragamo Resort 2012 midnight-blue gown. The criss-cross backside of the dress and the Lanvin chain reverse-necklace were far more intriguing than that ubiquitous plunge front. The clumsy black clutch didn’t fit in, and I would have liked to see Jesinta’s hair swept into a chic updo on this occasion.

Megan Gale In Bottega Veneta – 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards

Megan Gale In Bottega Veneta - 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards

Megan Gale joined Lara Bingle on the red carpet last week for the 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards at the Star in Sydney, Australia.

The beautiful socialite wore a Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2013 dress.

This frock offers up a modern interpretation of the LBD, with its cut-outs, open back, and leather-and-tulle trims.

Keeping her styling tonal, she added a Valentino ‘Va Va Voom’ studded clutch bag and the Jimmy Choo ‘Fitch’ sandals which are the celebrity shoe of the moment.

Tousled waves and glossy lips completed her look.

You can buy Megan’s Jimmy Choo ‘Fitch’ sandals from Jimmy Choo US, Jimmy Choo UK and Nordstrom.

Lara Bingle In Christian Dior - 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards

Lara Bingle attended the 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday.

The socialite wore a Christian Dior Spring 2013 tuxedo dress.

In typical fashion, Lara went way too far with this look. The birdcage veil and over-dramatic choker/scarf accent make her look like she’s attending a costume ball rather than a red carpet event.

Will she ever learn?
