Nicole Kidman In Oscar de la Renta – Gold Meets Golden

The statuesque Nicole Kidman attended a sportier event yesterday, when she showed up for Gold Meets Golden at the new Equinox Flagship in Los Angeles, California.

The actress used her height to carry off a creamy Oscar de la Renta suit paired with colorful Nicholas Kirkwood shoes.

The jacket lost some of its sultry runway appeal since Nicole opted to wear a gold striped shirt to offset the more revealing, plunging neckline.

The swept-back style of her flame-red hair and her bright fuchsia lip were a bit severe for this structured look, although her Cathy Waterman gemstone earrings were a pretty addition.

Allison Williams In Oscar de la Renta – Late Show With David Letterman

Following the season 2 premiere of ‘Girls’ on Wednesday night, Allison Williams was out promoting the hit TV series again with a guest appearance on the ‘Late Show With David Letterman’ in New York City.

Wearing yet another Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2013 look, the actress selected a navy tweed dress with a pleated chiffon panel in the skirt.

The unique detailing on the skirt prevents the look from feeling too matronly.

Braving the cold sans coat and tights, she completed the look with Oscar de la Renta ‘Rosa’ d’Orsay pumps and glossy, wavy, chocolaty tresses.

Anne Hathaway In Oscar de la Renta – 2013 AFI Awards

Anne Hathaway also attended the 2013 AFI Awards, held at the Four Seasons Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, California this afternoon.

The ‘Les Mis’ actress wore her second Oscar de la Renta look in so many days.

On this occasion she wore a sleeveless taupe Pre-Fall 2013 dress with red-and-green floral embroidery styled which she styled with a black peplum jacket.

I’m thankful for her bow accented Isabel Marant red suede pumps as they brighten up what could’ve been an aging look.

Inside the venue Anne removed the jacket to reveal her scoop-neckline of her dress.

I think I prefer the look with the jacket as it balances out the heavy tights.

Miranda Kerr In Oscar de la Renta – Qantas Spirit of Australia Party

Miranda Kerr was spotted on the red carpet at the Qantas Spirit of Australia Party on Wednesday in Beverly Hills, California.

The Victoria’s Secret model looked lovely, wearing an Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013 dress.

Her red-embroidered white silk organza dress came down to mid-calf and was cinched in at the waist with a matching red patent-leather belt.

She kept the look clean and simple with a slicked-back ponytail, allowing the dress to remain the focus. This hairstyle was seen all over the spring runways and will surely be making many appearances this season.

Bvlgari jewels, red Christian Louboutin ‘Madame Claude’ peep-toe pumps and a matching red lip completed her look.

Anne Hathaway In Oscar de la Renta – 2013 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

Anne Hathaway has been mixing thing up on the red carpet lately, but she opted for a classic, relatively simple look for the 2013 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards , held at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California this evening.

The ‘Les Miserables’ actress wore a slinky Oscar de la Renta gown.

Her spiral bugle bead gown, which no doubt shimmered on the red carpet, was styled with diamond stud earrings, a diamond encrusted bracelet, her wedding ring and Casadei gold vegan sandals with the signature ‘Blade’ heel.

My first reaction was that this look feels quite bare, but with that megawatt smile and perfectly styled hair adding anything else may have been overkill.

Lena Dunham In Marni & Allison Williams In Oscar de la Renta – The Today Show

Lena Dunham and Allison Williams made a guest appearance on NBC’s the ‘Today’ show yesterday morning, to promote the new season of ‘Girls’.

The co-stars appeared to have called ahead, as they both wore the colour of the moment: red.

Lena wore a Marni Fall 2012 wool crepe dress with puff sleeves which she styled with Rupert Sanderson ‘Irene’ black strappy suede sandals, recently worn several times by Jessica Chastain.

Allison’s donned an Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2013 red sleeveless dress with a draped detail on the neckline, which was presented as a checked dress when it took to the runway recently.

Her dress is gorgeous, but her coral floral pumps are divine.

Jamie Wolf earrings and glossy wavy tresses complete her look.
