Mar Saura In Michael Kors – 2017 Goya Awards

Mar Saura went for the gold at the 2017 Goya Awards, held on Saturday (February 4) in Madrid.

Her textural Michael Kors gown adds to the velvet crush we’ve lately seen on the red carpet over the past few weeks.

Keeping the golden sheen of the look front and centre, she kept the styling to an effortless minimum with a black and gold box clutch, minimal jewels, and loosely curled waves.

Amanda Peet In Michael Kors Collection – 2017 SAG Awards

Amanda Peet chose to wear black at the 2017 SAG Awards in LA on Sunday (January 29).

This dress, from Michael Kors Collection Spring 2017, was inoffensive and didn’t push any fashion boundaries, which is a move away from Amanda’s usual (sometimes questionable) red carpet choices.

You can’t go wrong with an LBD (Long Black Dress), and the twist/bow detail at the neckline, and embellished sleeves, are nice features.

Her red lip only served to enhance the look.

Karolina Kurkova In Salvatore Ferragamo & Michael Kors – Da Vinci Collection by IWC Schaffhausen Launch

Karolina Kurkova also attended the Da Vinci Collection by IWC Schaffhausen launch before heading to the ‘Decoding the Beauty of Time’ Gala Dinner by IWC Schaffhausen at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, each on Tuesday (January 17) in Geneva, Switzerland.

Da Vinci Collection Launch: Karolina brought a ray of sunshine to the black carpet with this Salvatore Ferragamo vibrant yellow, backless dress. It was a bold departure from some of the subtler monochromatic looks we’ve seen at the launch, making it all the more impactful. She fully embraced the vibrant spirit, taking it even a step further with her pink Salvatore Ferragamo D’Orsay pumps and Ferragamo

IWC Gala Dinner: Rocking her own ‘noir’ moment, the supermodel strutted out a Michael Kors Resort 2017 gown. She looked to old Hollywood glam for her vintage pin curls and red lip yet the ensemble maintained the height of classic, cool modernity with the dress’s chiffon, cape-inspired back detail.

Sienna Miller In Michael Kors, Gucci & Lanvin – 2017 Golden Globe Awards & ‘Live by Night’ LA & London Premiere’s

Sienna Miller attended the 2017 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 8) before jetting off to the ‘Live by Night’ Los Angeles premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre the next day. Then, it was time for the London premiere of the film on January 11 at The BFI Southbank in England.

2017 Golden Globe Awards: Skipping her more bohemian style sensibility for the evening, the actress selected a white Michael Kors gown. While the cutout dress was a lovely ode to her toned midsection, something just didn’t click here with the collection of pearls and jewels.

‘Live by Night’ LA Premiere: There was nothing short of a night and day difference between the actress’s Golden Globes appearance and this Gucci Spring 2017 gown that she wore for the L.A. premiere—and I have to say I love her bold step away from minimalism. The sky-blue, layered tulle dress was not one for the faint of heart with its clashing neon yellow icicle-shaped embellishments and trompe l’oeil bow. Yet it had a unique ethereality that drew me in.

‘Live by Night’ London Premiere: The actress showed her style versatility yet again at the London premiere where she selected a Lanvin gown for the evening. I have a hard time getting past the creases and puckering throughout the midsection; silky and satiny fabrics such as this can be a challenge to wear. However, I do love her playfully sultry, side-pinned waves.

Viola Davis In Christian Siriano & Michael Kors – Hollywood Walk of Fame & Golden Globe Awards

Viola Davis kicked off the New Year on the right foot, receiving her own star to add to the constellation that is the Hollywood Walk of Fame on January 5, 2017 in Hollywood, California.

Then the starry honours only continued for Viola at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards on January 8 at The Beverly Hilton with her Best Supporting Actress win.

Hollywood Walk of Fame: Her smile was even more radiant than her bright-white Christian Siriano dress with embellished sleeves and collar, which provided a blank canvas for her to pose with her star.

Golden Globe Awards: Vibrant hues and a one-shoulder silhouette are a winning combination for the ‘Fences’ actress, so it was only natural that she struck fashion gold in this bold, canary-yellow Michael Kors sequin gown to accept her Golden Globe award.
