Kerry Washington In Marc by Marc Jacobs – Entertainment Weekly & ABC 2013 New York Upfront Party

Kerry Washington attended the Entertainment Weekly & ABC 2013 New York Upfront Party held at The General in New York City on Tuesday evening wearing what was her second red leather dress in a row, following her red leather Miss Wu dress which she wore on ‘Good Morning America’.

On this occasion, she wore a Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2013 long-sleeved dress.

Maybe she’s sticking with the red theme to go with her new red-lighted ‘do.

Black Lanvin accessories including a ‘Sea Breeze’ minaudière with gold and wood hardware and black leather pumps completed her look.

On The Set Of Gossip Girl With Blake Lively In Marc by Marc Jacobs

Blake Lively was back on the set of ‘Gossip Girl’ filming scenes for the last season with co-stars Barry Watson, Sofia Black D’elia and Chace Crawford yesterday in New York City.

Looking beautiful wearing an ocean-blue Marc by Marc Jacobs ‘Miro’ summer dress, the ‘Savages’ actress stood out on the sidewalk.

Her v-neck sleeveless handkerchief dress with a pleated skirt was styled with an over-sized purse slung over her shoulder and an awesome pair of coral Christian Dior chain-embellished platform sandals.

A simple ponytail and two-tone statement earrings completed her back-to-work look.

Are you sad that this is the last season of ‘Gossip Girl’ or are you glad it’s finally over?

2012 Tribeca Film Festival Vanity Fair Party

There was plenty more eye candy to be had at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival Vanity Fair Party in New York City, which was held at the State Supreme Courthouse on Tuesday night.

Helena Christensen: The supermodel wore a charming Marc by Marc Jacobs ‘Palmetto’ eyelet dress which was a fun, flirty and unexpected look for this occasion. White peep-toes with a pink base, a gold clutch and chic updo completed the look.

Jessica White: The model wore a stunning Abed Mahfouz sleeveless gown with a thigh-high split, lace bodice and draped skirt. With her hair tied back into a neat ponytail she completed the look with red embellished sandals and Jeffrey Rackover jewelry.

Ivanka Trump: The New Yorker, who does chic like no other, wore a Carolina Herrera Spring 2012 dress. The stripe print silk chiffon dress with geometric lace inserts and a red patent leather hinge belt was styled with a grey ostrich clutch, black pumps with a mesh panel, onyx drop earrings and deep red lip colour.

Wendi Murdoch: The businesswoman wore an Alberta Ferretti Spring 2012 part knit, part crochet colourful dress. She didn’t rely on her amazing dress to do all the work, as she added a red clutch and the same Giuseppe Zanotti sandals Scarlett Johansson wore to ‘The Avenger’ LA premiere, but in baby blue.

Tory Burch: The designer wore a Christian Dior Resort 2012 tri-colour dress with black pumps. You may recall that Emma Stone wore the same dress to the 2011 Teen Choice Awards.

Lily Cole: With so many beautiful women wearing amazing looks on this red carpet Lily very much let the side down. I’m not so much disappointed by her beige and blue sack-of-a-dress, but more her battered ballet flats.

Willow Shields In Marc by Marc Jacobs & Jacqueline Emerson In Alice + Olivia – 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards

With ‘The Hunger Games’ doing very well in the box office, it wasn’t a surprise to see so many of the cast attending the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards which took place on Saturday afternoon in LA.

Willow Shields: The young actress wore a bright Marc by Marc Jacobs pink top with a colourful bird-print skirt. With her hair teased up into a side bun, she completed her look with gold ballet flats.

Jacqueline Emerson: The red-haired actress wore a fitted Alice + Olivia blue sequined sleeveless dress. The dress is great, but those Burak Uyan bi-colour sandals are awesome.

Blake Lively’s Jimmy Choo Lara Shoulder Bag & Marc by Marc Jacobs Commuter Bag

Blake Lively was spotted on the set of ‘Gossip Girl’ in New York City earlier today shooting scenes with Elizabeth Hurley.

The blonde beauty was wrapped up against the winter chill wearing a black wool coat and a colourful print scarf, but it was her bag which caught my eye.

She was carrying the Jimmy Choo ‘Lara’ elaphe-trimmed woven cord shoulder bag.

Poking out of her chic multi-coloured Choo was a dark grey Marc by Marc Jacobs ‘Dreamy Logo Commuter’ bag.

The great news is both bags are available to purchase online. The bad news is Elizabeth Hurley is back on ‘Gossip Girl.’

Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2012

Marc by Marc Jacobs’ Fall 2012 presentation took place yesterday afternoon in New York City.

Easy separates were combined with combat boots for a grungy schoolgirl-inspired look on a colour palette of blue, black, grey, chestnut, gold and red.

Cute pleated skirts were teamed with blouses and jacquard culottes paired with a Peter Pan collared shirt.

Other mash-ups included plaid pants with a gold lurex sweater and flannel pants with a striped sweater.

Bouclé coats, fur-trimmed anoraks, full-skirted dresses with metallic finishes, floral prints, plaid and velvet made up this collection of wearable pieces with a military references and a punkish edge.
