Nicole Kidman In L’Wren Scott & Naomi Watts In Victoria Beckham – 2013 Producers Guild Awards

BFFs Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts were inseparable on the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California last night, where they attended the 2013 Producers Guild Awards.

Both wore black, but like Julianna Margulies and Jessica Alba, their choices were far from boring.

Nicole donned a look from her designer BFF and stylist, L’Wren Scott.

Her Spring 2013 black sleeveless gown featured a lace yoke and a lace back which she styled with a half-up, half-down hairstyle and Fred Leighton Art Deco platinum, diamond, and onyx pendant earrings.

Naomi wore a Victoria Beckham Spring 2013 LBD featuring a pointy collar and lace trims.

Her sleeveless frock was styled with Rupert Sanderson pumps and jewels by Monique Pean.

Side swept golden waves completed her look.

Despite giving us different styles, I love how they complement each other.

Allison Williams In L’Wren Scott – Jimmy Kimmel Live

Allison Williams made a guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ this week to promote her Golden Globe Award-winning hit series ‘Girls’, which has just been renewed for season 3 by HBO.

Looking as sleek and polished as always, the actress wore a L’Wren Scott ensemble which featured a sleeveless striped top with a bow, and a pencil skirt.

Continuing the white pumps trend which blossomed this week, her white Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps feature a gold trim.

With her Kate Middleton-esque glossy wavy locks, the pretty star completed her look with rose-gold and black-diamond Pomellato jewels.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler Host The Golden Globe Awards In L’Wren Scott & Stella McCartney

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosted the 2013 Golden Globes on Sunday, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA.

They took to the red carpet wearing L’Wren Scott and Stella McCartney respectively and both wore the same designers while hosting the show.

Tina wore the same L’Wren Scott dress from the red carpet to host the show, later changing into a custom peacock-blue embroidered L’Wren Scott gown, which was her best look of the night – in fact, it was one of her best looks ever.

Amy hosted the show wearing a burgundy Stella McCartney gown with an embroidered belt from the designer’s Fall 2012 collection. This sexy frock featured a plunging neckline and three-quarter-length sleeves.

Her final look to close the show was a black sequin dress from Stella’s Spring 2013 collection. This halter keyhole dress wasn’t my favourite; it was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.
Amy kept the same hairstyle throughout the night, while her co-host Tina, opted for three different looks.

I was delighted to see both women step things up in the style stakes, as we know they often find themselves on the worst-dressed lists.

Tina Fey In L’Wren Scott – 2013 Golden Globe Awards

Tina Fey took to the red carpet before heading inside to co-host the 2013 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California this evening.

The actress, also nominated for her work on ‘30 Rock’, wore a custom L’Wren Scott.

I am in love with the ankle-grazing length of the cream silk dress with black Chantilly lace embroidery, which shows off her Ferragamo black pumps.

A sleek blowout and a Roger Vivier clutch completed her look.

What a great way to kick off her big night.

2013 AFI Awards Red Carpet Round Up

Here are the rest of the attendees who took to the red carpet on Friday afternoon at the Four Seasons Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, California for the 2013 AFI Awards.

Kiernan Shipka: Why Elle Fanning won Best Dressed Teen 2012 over Kiernan I will never quite understand, as the ‘Mad Man’ actress’ style prowess and infinitely better shoe closet leaves Fanning in the shade for me. On this occasion she wore an uber cute yellow Valentino frock with satin black trims paired with simple black Rupert Sanderson ankle-strap sandals. Light makeup and a simple bun complete her fresh, youthful look.

Lena Dunham: There was much debate over Lena’s previous look with some saying that she’s “just-not-that-into-fashion” and others arguing that she needs to play that game. Well it looked like she upped her game at this event wearing a figure flattering Zac Posen grape cape-sleeve dress with a flared skirt. Silver glitter Charlotte Olympia ‘Kitty’ flats and a berry lip colour to complement her dress completed her look.

Sally Field: The actress selected a grey-and-white Stella McCartney short sleeve dress with a white lace overlay which we’ve also seen on Michelle Dockery. Grey pearls and grey pumps perfect her day time chic look.

Allison Williams In L’Wren Scott – 7th Annual Women Of Worth Awards

Allison Williams is back in New York City following a short trip to Canada to promote the second season of her hit show, ‘Girls’.

She took to the red carpet at the Hearst Tower yesterday evening for the Seventh Annual Women of Worth Awards wearing a L’Wren Scott Spring 2013 dress.

Despite the fact that this is a spring dress, the ornate black-and-red sequin dress with a zigzag design certainly has a festive flare.

Allison has great hair that would make the Duchess envious, but I really wish she would’ve worn her hair back.

This dress with a shallow v-neck commands an updo, a bun or a ponytail. I would even settle for her hair pushed back off her shoulders, like the model.

And let’s talk about the shoes. For the second time in a row, she gives us uninspiring footwear. Once again, the model’s styling works so much better.

The dress is amazing, but Allison is not selling it to me.
