Claire Danes attended the ‘Fed Up’ premiere held at the Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday (May 6) in New York City following the Met Gala.

Wearing a Lanvin Pre-Fall 2014 navy-blue and black floral-effect cloqué cocktail dress with a scoop neckline, this LBD brims with retro elegance.

Kept simple with black peep-toes, the actress added small gold drop earrings to her look, with a shimmering pink lip providing the finishing touch.

Met Gala Men 1The dress code at the 2014 Met Ball, themed ‘Charles James: Beyond Fashion’ was “white tie,” which meant the guys were on their best glam behavior—at least most of them. Tuxes were spotted at every turn among the handsome hunks on the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (May 5). It takes a lot of sartorial strength to stand up to the rush of bustling, bold gowns that punctuate the evening, but let’s hear it for the men who made it work.

David Beckham: This hot topic was hotter than ever in a crisp, cool Ralph Lauren Black Label white shawl collar tuxedo jacket, black bow tie and black tuxedo pant. This is the way to rock formal wear, without a hit of fussiness. Swooning yet?

Douglas Booth
: The British actor took a regally traditional route, but put a refreshingly modern spin on his head-to-toe Burberry outing. He was positively dashing in a black tailcoat and dress trousers, worn with a white waistcoat, wing collar bib-front shirt, white bow tie and black loafers.

Andrew Garfield
: “The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ star looked sharp in silver, dressed in a Band of Outsiders metallic blazer with contrasting black shawl collar, paired with a white shirt, black bow tie and black tuxedo trousers. I love the touch of metal here.

Kate Bosworth In Lanvin - Out In New York CityKate Bosworth was again spotted out and about in New York City on Thursday (May 1).

What a difference a few hours—and an outfit change—makes.

Her red-hot Lanvin Pre-Fall 2014 sleeveless sheath dress, shaped with body-con seaming, had little in common with her earlier, more wintry exit.

She emboldened the chic look with the flash of a gold handbag, matching pumps and a pair of aviator shades, along with beach-y blonde waves and a pink lip.

Do you her quick-change from fall to a sunnier springtime approach?

The British actress was the picture of modern elegance, wearing a custom Lanvin chartreuse-green draped silk gown with a twist-front neckline by Alber Elbaz.

Complete with Lanvin’s signature sensuality, this floor-length gown is a statement in itself with its shimmering tone.
