Sarah Paulson In Giorgio Armani – 2015 SAG Awards

Sarah Paulson In Giorgio Armani - 2015 SAG Awards

Sarah Paulson attended the 2015 SAG Awards held on Sunday evening (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘American Horror Story’ actress wore a custom Giorgio Armani gown that featured a white structured cape top and black silk crepe skirt.

Sarah has a habit of picking controversial red carpet dresses and she changed things up by picking an unambiguously beautiful dress from the King of Classic, Giorgio Armani.

The graphic styling of the dress with a white, Edie Parker clutch and chunky, black and white jewelry from David Webb gave the dress a modern twist.

It wouldn’t be Sarah Paulson without a divisive decision though. The hairstyle is bound to be adored by some but hated by many.

Reese Witherspoon In Giorgio Armani – 2015 SAG Awards

Reese Witherspoon In Giorgio Armani - 2015 SAG Awards

Reese Witherspoon graced the red carpet at the 2015 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday (January 25) in L.A., hosted at the Shrine Auditorium.

The ‘Wild’ star look radiant in a custom Giorgio Armani gown. The white one-shoulder design with matte sequin detailing along the neckline was a lovely pick for the actress.

White is often a difficult colour to pull off, but Reese did so flawlessly. The nominee accessorized with drop earrings, a cocktail ring, and bracelet compliments of Tiffany & Co. and Harry Winston.

Opting to go with a dramatic side part ponytail and bold lip colour was an effortless beauty pairing that meshed well with the white gown.

Jennifer Lopez’s Three Coats In One Day

Jennifer Lopez's Three Coats In One Day

Jennifer Lopez continued to ramp up the promotion of her latest movie, ‘The Boy Next Door’, by showcasing her outwear collection upon arrival at various venues yesterday (January 20) in New York City.

‘The Wendy Williams Show’: Working her favoured half-up, half-down ‘do, the actress wore a peplum coat, styling the chic piece with Kurt Geiger London ‘Sharkie’ pumps and signature gold hooped earrings.

‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart’: Opting for yet another fur-trimmed coat, JLo donned a head-to-toe all neutral look featuring an Elie Saab Spring 2015 dress under her Dior coat. This is my least favourite. The look feels really dated and she’s aged by 20 years.

‘The Boy Next Door’ New York Screening: Now, this is more like it. I love the modern appeal of this look. As many of you have noted, 90s JLo is all too often out to play. Here she serves up a sultry, feminine look, donning a houndstooth fit-and-flare Giorgio Armani black and white coat over her sheer Andrew Gn black frock.

Once again I only like one out of three looks. That being the final one.

Judges, what are your scores?

Chris Pine In Giorgio Armani – 87th Academy Awards Nominations Announcement

Chris Pine In Giorgio Armani - 87th Academy Awards Nominations Announcement

Chris Pine was on hand to announce the 87th Academy Awards nominations on Thursday (January 15), which was held at the AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, California.

As the current face of one of Giorgio Armani’s signature fragrances, ‘Armani Code’, it was not a surprise to see the handsome actor wearing a suit by the Italian brand.

Beautifully tailored with construction to ensure the masculine shape remains strong through the shoulders and chest, his Giorgio Armani Made to Measure charcoal-grey two-button notch-lapel suit styled with a classic white open shirt was given an extra flourish via his dotted pocket square.

2015 Golden Globes Menswear Roundup

2015 Golden Globes Menswear Roundup

The guys were none too shabby when it came to their sartorial selections at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards, held last night (January 11) at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, boasting a range of looks that went way beyond the standard black tux.

Matt Bomer: The Best Supporting Actor winner for ‘The Normal Heart’ was dressed just as winningly in an impeccable Ralph Lauren Black Label navy shawl collar tuxedo that naturally brought out his own baby blues and was handsomely paired with a dark bowtie and crisp white button-down shirt.

Eddie Redmayne: Looking as sharp as ever, ‘The Theory of Everything’ Best Actor winner took a Euro-cool version of black velvet out for a spin, donning a Gucci notch-lapel, two-button New Signoria evening jacket with a white evening shirt, black satin bowtie, black tuxedo trousers and black patent leather lace-up shoes.

Alan Cumming
: Having quite the nude moment, ‘The Good Wife’ actor and nominee wore a buff wool, two-button peak lapel tuxedo, buff dress shirt and buff silk skinny tie from the Spring 2015 Calvin Klein Collection. Between the monochromatic buff-ness and the rolled pant legs, not to mention his Christian Louboutin ‘Mika On Stage’ sneakers, this look translated as more comical than cool.
