Sophia Bush's Manhattan Style

Sophia Bush has been out in New York City serving up three great looks over the past three days.

Monday: While attending the 2014 National Dance Institute Annual Gala, the actress worked a deep-berry lip with her electric-blue For The Love of Lemons lace dress with a tonal bodysuit. I love the dark-berry lip. While not considered seasonal, it’s a divine contrast against that bolt of blue. Kurt Geiger London ‘Britton’ nude pumps, a Jacob & Co. snake ear cuff and a Rauwolf clutch completed her look.

Tuesday: Stepping out in something more casual on Tuesday, Sophia wore a J Brand ‘Omlie’ top with a touch of feminine charm courtesy of the peplum detail. Worn with J Brand ‘Maria’ super-skinny leather jeans, she styled the look with a black and white Edie Parker art deco ‘Jean’ clutch, adding a pop of colour via her Stuart Weitzman ‘Nouveau’ rose-pearl floral python pumps.

Wednesday: While making a guest appearance at the SiriusXM Studios earlier today, Sophia opted for a bright colour yet again, this time wearing Max Mara. The shocking-pink high-neck frock was styled with Jade & Jasper ‘Classy Chique’ earrings and Sophia Webster black and gold ‘Riko’ studded sandals. The jury is still out on these shoes. While I like the bold choice, I’m not sure they complement the dress too well.

I’m torn between Monday and Tuesday’s looks. I think the floral pumps edge Tuesday slightly in the lead.

Vanessa Hudgens joined AnnaSophia Robb on the red carpet Monday evening for the New York Television Festival premiere for ‘The Carrie Diaries’ held at the SVA Theater.

The raven-haired actress donned a black dress by For Love and Lemons. You’d be forgiven if you thought it was a Mark Fast dress.

Her flared mini dress with an open waist, long sleeves and cut-out details on the front panel is tres tacky for me.

While she’s young enough to pull it off, I don’t find one thing appealing about this look.

She accessorized with a pair of black ankle boots, a gold necklace and dangling earrings.

Here are the rest of the ladies who attended the ‘Twilight’ LA premiere.

Julia Jones: The actress wore a white Christian Dior silk chiffon gown. She also carried a Dior silver metal clutch which matched her strappy sandals.

Jennifer Love Hewitt: The actress did her best to be centre of attention by wearing this uber-sexy Dolce & Gabbana emerald-green mini dress with a black bow accent. She channelled her inner J-Lo with voluminous long locks whilst completing her look with gold Miu Miu Mary Jane peep-toes.

Ashley Tisdale: The actress wore a For Love & Lemons ‘Scarlet’ lace mini dress. Her long-sleeve dress with lace overlay was teamed with Christian Louboutin leopard-print booties, red nails and a silver cocktail ring.

Carolina Herrera: At first surprised to see the designer on the red carpet at this event, but then I remembered that she designed the much-anticipated gown for Bella’s wedding scene. She looked chic and flawless as always, wearing a self-designed LBD with gold jewels and black satin pumps. My favourite moment during her runway show was when she took her bow.
