Zoe Kazan In Erdem – ‘The Big Sick’ London Screening

Zoe Kazan attended a special screening of ‘The Big Sick’ on Wednesday (July 5) in London.

For some reason I always have Zoe down as a bit of a goth, but this Erdem Fall 2017 gown dispels that notion with it notes of Victoriana melding into a modern-romantic vision of femininity.

Adding contemporary touches via the metallic sandals and Olympia le Tan clutch stands this look in good stead.

Stacy Martin In Erdem – The Serpentine Galleries Summer Party

Stacy Martin joined Ellie Bamber and Rita Ora at The Serpentine Galleries Summer Party on Wednesday (June 28) in London.

Deciding to segue from her usual Miu Miu or Prada dresses to an Erdem Fall 2017 creation, the actress managed to maintain her classic, chic style.

I love the painterly feel to this print dress which features ornate Japanese-style blossoms. The theatricality is further heightened by the high-neck and exaggerated sleeves.

The midi-length stops this look from feeling to historic and plants it firmly in the present day, as does the gorgeously rich mustard colour palette.

Charlotte Mills ‘Elda’ sandals bring some cohesion and round off this look with precision and poise, wouldn’t you agree?

2017 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2017 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards took place on Tuesday (June 6) in London. The event attracted some famous faces in fashionable ensembles.

Dua Lipa: The singer definitely got the ‘glamour’ memo judging by her Stella McCartney Fall 2017 cut-out gown. It was one of the few sultry after-dark looks we saw at this event.

Emily Berrington: Emilio Pucci’s dress seems inspired by paisley print. The unusual design features panelling, print, and a cut-out. Whilst this look is commendable for playing with shape, it’s confusing and overworked.

Rashida Jones: Amongst the sea of florals and neutrals, this Erdem Pre-Fall 2017 dress did stand out. I love the intricate detailing on the neckline which adds some softness to this look. The silhouette seems somewhat unflattering, however. I also wish the ‘Parks and Recreation’ actress has opted for more daring styling choices to amplify this look.

Nicole Kidman In Erdem – 2017 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards

Following last nights CFDA Fashion Award, Nicole Kidman was in London this evening (June 6) for the Glamour Women of The Year Awards.

The actress looked radiant wearing a lace Erdem Fall 2017 dress with velvet panels and black embroidery for an undeniably feminine look.

I adore the lavender lip colour, but once again I feel like (with the high neckline) Nicole’s hair should’ve been up on this occasion.

If you’re feeling a slight case of deja vu, that’s because Nicole has already worn a look from this collection with similar traits.

Cannes Film Festival Day 7 Red Carpet Roundup

Day 7 of the Cannes Film Festival brought with it some stunning entrances as part of the 70th anniversary celebration. Here are more looks that took to the red carpet on Tuesday (May 23)

Irina Shayk: The model wasn’t at the 70th screening but she was at the ‘Hikari (Radiance)’ premiere, where it would seem to have taken the title of the film into account in her lemon-bright Atelier Versace custom gown styled with Lorraine Schwartz canary yellow diamonds to match. The dress was not only sheer Versace with its ruched, slit seductiveness, it was also sheer through and through although its lemony hue somewhat distracted from the see-through effect.

Bianca Balti: For the 70th anniversary screening, Bianca opted for a Dolce and Gabbana Alta Moda embroidered gown styled with DeGrisogono statement earrings. With a faint kimono-esque style, the dress held a sense of restrained elegance—although I did find the embellished heels to be unnecessary to complete the picture.
