Natalia Vodianova In Christian Dior – Bal de la Rose du Rocher

Natalia Vodianova joined royals and other dignitaries on the red carpet for the ‘Bal de la Rose du Rocher’ in aid of the Princess Grace Foundation, which celebrated the 150th anniversary of the SBM at Sporting Monte-Carlo in Monaco on Saturday.

While this Christian Dior look is one we’ve seen a few times now on the red carpet, this black cashmere long-sleeved top and iridescent blue organza floral skirt is much preferred over Princess Charlene’s and Charlotte Casiraghi’s looks.

‘Mise En Dior’ metal with gold finish cream resin pearl earrings, Dior Fine Jewelry ‘Rose Dior Bagatelle’ white gold and diamonds necklace, Dior black pumps with a pink strap, and a silver clutch completed her look.

Lucy Hale In Christian Dior – 2013 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards

Keeping her look very simple, Lucy Hale took to the red carpet at the USC Galen Center in LA yesterday evening for the 2013 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

Dressed in a Dior button down collared dress accented with a black leather belt and black ankle strap wedges, she left me feeling a tad underwhelmed.

While her black and white look is very much trend, I wish she’d had more fun with her look.

Her BaubleBar ‘Nior Flora Collar’ necklace, hot pink Nancy Gonzalez crocodile box clutch, bright fuchsia pink lip colour and center-parted bouffant were steps in the right direction, but I think there were many more eye-catching looks at this event which put Lucy in the shade.

Rachel Bilson In Christian Dior – BlackBerry Z10 Smartphone Launch Party

Rachel Bilson attended the BlackBerry Z10 Smartphone launch party held at Cecconi’s Restaurant in Los Angeles, California yesterday evening.

Known for her love of all things Chanel, she surprised me by wearing a look from the Christian Dior Spring 2013 collection.

This collection has had a very mixed response from you, with the majority disliking most pieces, especially the dress worn by Isabel Lucas.

Rachel wore a black strapless bustier dress with pink-and-orange organza pieces cascading from the neckline.

It’s one of the safer options from this collection, and the actress further played it safe by adding simple black pumps to her look.

Does this look fall flat on Rachel? I think it does. She can do better.

Fotogramas Awards 2013 Red Carpet Round Up

Here are some more great looks from Monday night’s Fotogramas Awards 2013, held at the Joy Eslava Club in Madrid, Spain. I was surprised by the amount of re-runs.

Celia Freijeiro: The actress wore a Christian Dior Spring 2010 silver lurex wrap dress with a lace trim, which we first saw on the gorgeous Charlize Theron back in November, 2009. She styled the look with Jimmy Choo ‘Dream’ elaphe sandals from the Spring 2013 collection with multi-coloured tassels, and a purple sequinned clutch. The accessories and her bold lip colour bring down the look.

Dafne Fernandez: Second only to Nieves Alvarez when it comes to my favourite Spanish stars, the actress wore a Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2013 black-and-white-striped dress which we’ve seen on Nicole Richie. Dafne’s styling of her look was more favourable than Celia’s as Dafne opted for sleek black sandals, a matching clutch, gold hooped earrings and a red pout.

Nerea Garmendia: The next re-run came courtesy of this Michael Kors optic-white top with silver embroidery, optic-white shorts and a silver belt from the Spring 2013 collection, which we saw with gold embroidery on Nina Dobrev. Chartreuse Jimmy Choo bow-accented pumps, a silver Jimmy Choo clutch and Yanes jewels accessorized the look. The shoes upstaged the rest of the look don’t you think?

Blanca Suarez: The final re-run was an Emilio Pucci Spring 2013 dress, which we have seen on Kate Bosworth. Unlike Kate, Blanca opted for colour, adding hot-pink shoes, gold accessories, plus red nails and red lips.

Who wins: Hollywood or Madrid?

Allison Williams In Christian Dior – ‘Girl Rising’ New York Premiere

‘Girl Rising’ is an inspiring film which tells the true stories of nine girls from nine different countries who are doing their part to fight for a chance to have an education.

Allison Williams showed her support for the film by attending the premiere held at the Paris Theatre in New York City yesterday evening.

Keeping her look simple yet chic the actress wore a Christian Dior Spring 2013 strapless dress.

Her double-breasted tuxedo dress with mini lapels and side pockets was styled with Van Cleef & Arpels jewels and black Dior pumps.

We all know that Allison has the most enviable tresses, but I love that she opted to style her hair into a chic center-parted updo for a refreshing change.

Sun Li In Christian Dior – Dior Photography Exhibition

Sun Li attended the Dior photography exhibition in Taipei, Taiwan last Wednesday.

The Asian actress selected a look from the brand’s Spring 2013 collection which featured a white sleeveless top with sleek lapels with a pink organza mini skirt.

While the collection wasn’t one of my favourites from the House of Dior, I love this look on Sun Li, who wears this look quite effortlessly.

Keeping up the minimalist vibe, she added Dior heels and silver jewels to her look.

Many of you have been very vocal about your dislike of most of the Dior Spring 2013 looks to hit the red carpet – most memorably, Isabel Lucas’. So how do you feel about this look?
