Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior – ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration

Jennifer Lawrence was back wearing Dior for ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration on Monday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California.

Following her ‘Faces Places’ look, the actress went from bridal to boho donning a black sheer paneled gown from Dior’s Spring 2018 collection. A look Thomas had placed on our red carpet wish list for Laura Harrier.

The finely pleated gown may seem boring to some, but once again I find myself enjoying the simplicity of it all, with the sleek hair and smoldering makeup adding a touch of glam.

Looking through the Dior Spring 2018 collection this appears to be one of the few pieces that suits her current style.

Casadei flats and Sylva & Cie jewels completed her look.

Naomi Watts In Christian Dior – ‘Take Home A Nude’ Art Party

Naomi Watts attended the ‘Take Home A Nude’ art party at Sotheby’s on Wednesday (October 11) in New York City.

We have seen a number of sheer Christian Dior looks with the logo underwear on the red carpet, so I was pleased to see the actress go in a different direction with an opaque black Resort 2018 dress.

Multicoloured piping enhanced the flowing skirt and soft elbow-length sleeves while bringing some life to the inky fabric.

Black strappy sandals with red heels added a further punch to the ensemble and left me feeling joyful.

Would you have liked to see Naomi wear the boots?

Pixie Lott In Christian Dior – Esquire Townhouse

Pixie Lott attended the Esquire Townhouse with Dior party at No 11 Carlton House Terrace on Wednesday (October 11) in London.

The singer is the latest celeb to fall for the sheer charms of Dior’s Pre-Fall 2017 collection with the logo underwear.

Pixie is very much a free spirit, so this floaty fluid romantic bohemian look feels like a perfect fit for me.

Carey Mulligan In Christian Dior Couture – Cartier Celebrates Resonances de Cartier

Carey Mulligan joined Diane Kruger for Cartier’s celebration of Resonances de Cartier on Tuesday (October 10) in New York City.

The English actress has been on something of a role of late, however, the excitement I have felt for her previous looks didn’t extent to this one.

Her black Dior Fall 2017 Couture gown in sumptuous black velvet is actually quite stunning, as is her Cartier jewels, it’s the no-makeup makeup which fails to live up to everything else she has going on here.

Rupert Sanderson sandals completed her look.

Margot Robbie In Christian Dior – ‘ I, Tonya’ Hamptons International Film Festival Screening

Margot Robbie was back on the red carpet for the ‘I, Tonya’ screening during the Hamptons International Film Festival on Sunday (October 8) in New York.

As we come to expect, Dior have wasted no time in getting their latest Spring 2018 collection on the backs of celebs.

Margot wore a multicoloured embroidered dress which despite its sparkling status had a relaxed vibe about it, mostly due to the red M2MALLETIER velvet bag grounding the look.

You’ve been very vocal in your dislike of her most recent looks, so does this non-fussy, I just threw this together look work for you?

I think she nailed it.

Ruth Wilson In Christian Dior – ‘How To Talk To Girls At Parties’ London Film Festival Party

Prior to the ‘Dark River’ premiere, Ruth Wilson attended the ‘How To Talk To Girls At Parties’ London Film Festival party on Friday (October 6).

This look may not have stepped onto the runway, but one only needs to look at the sheerness of the skirt and the colourful embroidery inspired by experimental artist Niki de Saint Phalle to know this hailed from the Dior Spring 2018 collection.

Ruth has always been the daredevil of the Dior family, and I have enjoyed seeing her fearless approach, but I can’t support this from the waist down.

Some sheer looks I can get on board with, but this isn’t shocking or intriguing.

It lacks finesse and the granny panties are way too stark in colour to work with this look.

Natalie Portman In Christian Dior – L.A. Dance Project’s Annual Gala

Over the weekend, Natalie Portman attended the L.A. Dance Project’s Annual Gala on Saturday (October 7) in LA.

There will be no surprises that this Dior darling was dressed in a Christian Dior black dress, this one portraying a bit of movement and balletic quality in the ruched, romantic effect of the skirt that floated away from the body.

The effect of the gathered fabric may cause some to question the fit through the top.

But, I was instead celebrating the rare vibrancy she added to the monochromatic look with her colourful, beaded Van Cleef & Arpels earrings.
