2015 Baby2Baby Gala Red Carpet Roundup

2015 Baby2Baby Gala Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the 2015 Baby2Baby Gala on Saturday (November 14) in Culver City, California.

Jenna Dewan Tatum: As always, Jenna was head and shoulders above the rest looking elegant wearing a Monique Lhuillier Spring 2016 spring-green strapless embroidered tulip dress with white degradé flowers. The styling – yes even the white shoes – made me swoon.

Reese Witherspoon: Sadly this is all wrong for Reese. Words I thought I would never say in reference to a Giambattista Valli Spring 2015 Couture piece. I guess this explains why she usually sticks to tried and trusted.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: From the sugary pink hue, to the poor construction of this Dior frock and the horrendous shoes, this was a no from head-to-toe from Rosie.

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior Couture – ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2’ Beijing Premiere

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior Couture - 'The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2' Beijing Premiere

Jennifer Lawrence attended ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2’ Beijing premiere in China this evening (November 12).

After taking a full day off fulfilling her ambassadorial duties in Madrid, she was back to wearing Dior.

Her Haute Couture pale blue silk georgette and Chantilly lace gown with open back was simple, elegant and perfectly styled.

For me this is the best of the three for its easy wearability.

My only issue is that this felt way too similar to the Dior Couture gown Emma Stone wore during Cannes Film Festival.

Jennifer Lawrence was the only female star to move onto Paris, France to continue promoting ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2’.

Photocall: Her first look of the day was easily her best. She wore a Christian Dior Couture pale pink dress styled with Dior shoes and belt which gave the look some modernity which has been desperately lacking from her previous looks.

Premiere: *Le sighs*. Yet another horror to add to the pack. Whoever thought this Christian Dior Couture nightdress/sack/tent/whatever-you-want-to-call-it was a great idea for a 25 year old actress, or any actress, needs to sit alone in a corner and re-evaluate what they are doing to this poor girl because pretty much NOTHING is working. If I didn’t know better, I would say she’s having quintuplets.

2015 Guggenheim International Gala Dinner

2015 Guggenheim International Gala Dinner

Following the pre-party, Dior hosted the 2015 Guggenheim International Gala Dinner held at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum on Thursday (November 5) in New York City.

Dakota Johnson: The actress blew me away in her Christian Dior gown. From the silver sequins to the silk skirt this look screams elegance. Factor in the bold red lip and elegant styling and I’m left in awe. This does make me wonder why Dior’s main ambassador is on a major movie promo tour yet doesn’t select looks half as good as this.

Emily Blunt: The British actress was also a vision in Dior thanks to the radiant hue of her red v-neck gown. Dior Fine Jewelry provided the finishing touch.

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior Couture – ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2’ London Premiere

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior Couture - ‘The Hunger Games Mockingjay – Part 2’ London Premiere
Jennifer Lawrence walked the red carpet of ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2’ premiere at Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday (November 5) in London, England.

For her Christian Dior moment this time around, she opted for a printed gown from the Fall 2015 Couture collection. Despite the darker, sombre tones of the dress, it did feature a lighter sense of whimsicality in the tulle-like layers and side chains.

However, it was this very silhouette and construction, with its slightly gaping sides, that was not as flattering at some angles as it likely could have been.

Those who took issue with her hair and makeup at yesterday’s Berlin debut may appreciate her sleeker, mod ’do and oxblood lip.

What do you make of her second Dior outing during this premiere circuit?

2015 Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party

2015 Guggenheim International Gala

2015 Guggenheim International Gala pre-party was hosted by Dior at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum on Wednesday (November 4) in New York City.

Eve Hewson: I love that Eve committed to this Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2015 look by keeping the sequins top we saw on the runway. The look would’ve pretty basic without it. The futuristic look was styled with Dior accessories.

Kiernan Shipka: With all due respect to the others, Kiernan was head-and-shoulders above everyone else on this red carpet. Not just because she was wearing Dior Couture, but she continue to possess both style and presence way beyond her tender years. Her embroidered pale pink, gold sequin and orange cotton guipure off white wool Dior Spring 2015 Couture dress was styled with black Dior shoes. I wish she opted for the runway booties.

Grimes: Even with the sheer elements, this Dior dress is not able to pique my interest. I do love the hair though.
