Burberry Prorsum Fall 2014 Menswear Show

Burberry Prorsum Fall 2014 Menswear Show

The Burberry Prorsum Fall 2014 menswear show was held at Kensington Gardens earlier today (January 8) in London, with a host of London IT boys taking to the red carpet and a few ladies checking out the menswear show too.

Paloma Faith: As you know, I have a huge style crush on Paloma, and I’m delighted to see her working a hot-pink Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014 lace top and skirt styled with an oversized baby-blue coat and silver accessories. Yes, it’s not quite season appropriate, but I’m so captivated by these pastel hues and complementary pink lip that the rules will go out the window on this occasion.

Tinie Tempah: The British rapper has been front and centre at nearly every show during Men’s Collection week. Having attended the womenswear Spring 2014 show back in September, it’s no surprise to see fashion IT boy front row at this show. He wore a Del-Boy-inspired olive Burberry coat with a fur collar over his grey suit styled with brown monk-strap shoes.

Suki Waterhouse: Working a more season-appropriate look, the model wore a Burberry maroon suit featuring black lapels, which she styled with lace-up boots and a cream wool coat. Season appropriate? Yes. Likely to make my heart skip several beats like Paloma? Sadly, no but I still love the look.

Sienna Miller In Burberry – British Fashion Awards 2013

Sienna Miller In Burberry - British Fashion Awards 2013

Sienna Miller brought a welcome shot of jewel-toned colour to the 2013 British Fashion Awards, held on Monday at the London Coliseum in England.

Sadly, the vibrant emerald hue of her Burberry Prorsum side-slit gown was about the only component working in her favour.

Not only were the flashy tribal Dominic Jones ‘Kamba’ necklace and silver sandals a harsh counterpoint, they made her bronze clutch appear all the more out of place.

But my biggest issues with her entrance were the visible wrinkles of a rumpled dress and the ill-fitting bodice that did her no justice, not to mention her pink-stained, messy-curly locks.

I just wanted to lend her a brush.

Suki Waterhouse In Burberry Prorsum – British Fashion Awards 2013

Suki Waterhouse In Burberry Prorsum - British Fashion Awards 2013

Suki Waterhouse slinked onto the red carpet at the 2013 British Fashion Awards, hosted Monday night at the London Coliseum in England.

The British model-actress was lovely in a light lilac Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014 lace, cap-sleeve gown, which she wore with heels from the design house. Although the neckline may have been a bit sheer around the edges, she pulled off the plunge without too much unnecessary distraction.

Adding some sharper spirit to all that pastel and lace, she bolstered the look with a pendant Noor Fares necklace and geometric Noor Fares earrings, along with a grey Smythson box clutch.

A lavender-hued cat-eye and a just-bitten, glossy lip completed her sultry-sweet appearance.

Olivia Palermo In Burberry Prorsum – ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’ Special New York Screening

Olivia Palermo In Burberry Prorsum - ‘Mandela Long Walk To Freedom’ Special New York Screening

Olivia Palermo attended a special screening of ‘Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom’ at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City last night.

The socialite showed faint signs of finally coming back to her styling senses, although it’s not totally clear if she’s ready to resume her role of “consummately well-dressed.”

In true Olivia fashion, she dressed in a mix of patterns and textures, wearing a black-buttoned trench coat with a patterned collar over a black, sequin-covered Burberry Prorsum Resort 2014 skirt and black cardigan with white buttons.

A quirky black-and-silver flower necklace, black boots, and her go-to dewy makeup and middle-parted hair completed the look.

Is this outfit a reflection of the Olivia we know and love — or is she still doing a little too much and too little all at once?

Naomie Harris In Burberry Prorsum – ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’ Special New York Screening

Naomie Harris In Burberry Prorsum - 'Mandela Long Walk To Freedom' Special New York Screening

Naomie Harris attended a special screening Of ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’ in partnership with Burberry and The New York Times, which was hosted by U2 and Anna Wintour at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City yesterday evening.

The British actress looked pretty wearing a Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2014 mint-green chiffon dress with a keyhole detail which she styled with brown Daniele Michetti sandals and a matching clutch.

This is our first look at a Pre-Fall 2014 look on the red carpet, proving that Naomie has come such a long way from her ‘Skyfall’ promo tour when she was wearing pieces that were three seasons old.

Naomie’s accessories may be a strange colour choice for some, especially when Burberry have shoes from their Spring 2014 collection that are the same hue as her dress, but the brown accessories keep the look distinctly fall-like so they work for me.

Jennifer Lawrence In Thakoon & Burberry Prorsum – Good Morning America

Jennifer Lawrence In Thakoon & Burberry Prorsum - Good Morning America

Despite reports of her feeling under the weather, Jennifer Lawrence arrived bright and early for a taping of Good Morning America on Thursday in New York City.

The 23-year-old actress, who appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman the day before, fared much better as she made her way to the GMA studios wearing a Thakoon Spring 2014 look consisting of a sleeveless silk shirt featuring an elongated shirt-tail hem with a white-and-grey striped pencil skirt.

Opting for the same Narciso Rodriguez black-and-white sandals from the night before and EF Collection jewels, she kept cosy wearing a Burberry Prorsum tailored peplum coat.

Much improved over her Letterman appearance, or are the sandals still bothering you?
