Blake Lively In Burberry Prorsum - 'Turbo' New York Premiere

Blake Lively showed her support for hubby Ryan Reynolds by attending the ‘Turbo’ New York premiere held at AMC Loews Lincoln Square yesterday evening.

Many of you have questioned Blake’s ability to dress event appropriately in the past and I think she nailed it on this occasion for the animated feature.

Opting for this summer’s barely-there makeup trend, the actress wore a fresh, summery, easy-breezy look consisting of a simple grey scoop-neck Burberry Prorsum tank top with a crystallized Burberry Prorsum Resort 2014 pencil skirt featuring a white waistband and solid-white back.

Elongating her toned pins, she wore Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps, which are slowly taking over from the ‘Pigalle’ pumps, with further sparkle added to her look via her favourite jeweller, Lorraine Schwartz.

A radiant sun-kissed glow and tousled golden tresses completed her supportive-role look.

Andy Murray and Kim Sears In Burberry - Wimbledon Champions Dinner

Andy Murray and Kim Sears attended the Wimbledon Champions Dinner held at the InterContinental Park Lane Hotel in London following the tennis champ’s historic win, beating Novak Djokovic in the Men’s Singles Final earlier in the day.

The handsome couple both wore Burberry.

Andy looked smart wearing a Burberry Tailoring one-button suit with satin lapels and trouser trims, which he styled with a dickie bow and white dress shirt.

His gorgeous girlfriend wore a beautiful Burberry Prorsum textured crepe gown with intricate beaded details on the bodice and a plunging neckline, which she styled with a black clutch.

As luscious as those golden locks are, I wish she had worn them up on this occasion.

Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge featuring in the Burberry Autumn_Winter 2013 Campaig_002

Burberry’s Fall 2013 ad campaign is titled ‘A British Love Story’, so Britain’s hottest couple, Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge, are the perfect fit to front the brand’s campaign.

That, and the fact that both have been wearing Burberry exclusively on the red carpet for several months now.

Mario Testino captured the loved-up couple posing and kissing wearing pieces from the ‘Trench Kisses’ collection, with the end result being a romantic campaign with a fun and flirty feel.

The campaign also features a video with Tom Odell’s love song “Hold Me” set as the soundtrack, which the British musician played live during the Burberry Prorsum Fall 2013 show back in February.

“This was a shoot full of love and laughter. It was such a treat to work with Sienna and Tom, and to capture their magic together”, said Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey.

Laura Robson In Burberry Prorsum - Pre-Wimbledon Party

Laura Robson attended the annual pre-Wimbledon party at Kensington Roof Gardens in London yesterday evening.

We should not be surprised to see the British hopeful wearing Burberry Prorsum. Her flirty green lace frock was styled with black ankle-strap pumps and a shimmering mauve clutch.

You may remember that Keira Knightley wore this same dress back in November when making a guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Maria Sharapova In Burberry Prorsum - Pre-Wimbledon Party

Maria Sharapova attended the annual pre-Wimbledon party held at Kensington Roof Gardens in London alongside the one lady she will be trying to beat during the Championship, Serena Williams.

I was shocked to see her not wearing an Alexander McQueen dress, as her wearing McQueen at this event is much like Fan Bingbing wearing a traditional look to the opening ceremony of Cannes Film Festival. But, like the Asian actress, Maria decided to break with tradition this year and opt for a Burberry Prorsum look.

Upon seeing her black-and-white confetti sleeveless degrade calfskin dress, the phrase ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ sprang to mind because, between the dress, the accessories, the hair and the heavy kohl-rimmed eyes, I find this look terribly aging on Maria.

Burberry Prorsum Menswear

After a decade in Milan, British designer Christopher Bailey moved the Burberry Prorsum Menswear show back to home turf, as he sent a set of best-dressed boys down the Spring 2014 runway today at Kensington Gardens in London, England. An eclectic group was seated front row, with many rocking their own interpretations of the brand.

Douglas Booth: The young English actor turned on his boyish charm with this casual Burberry ensemble, as he rolled up the sleeves of his denim-blue blazer. The floral-print, cerulean-blue shirt echoed some of the brighter hues seen on the runway, but his dark, baggy pants and unpolished black lace-up shoes brought down the look a bit.

Serena Williams: The tennis ace simultaneously flaunted and covered her curves in top-to-toe Burberry, donning a Burberry London fuchsia body-con minidress mixed with a classic stone-coloured trench. She styled the look with animal-print, calfskin T-bar sandals and a tote bag, covered in black hearts. A pulled-back ‘do, rather than her super-long locks, may have delivered a more polished effect.

Tinie Tempah: The British rapper also got in touch with his animal instincts with a Burberry giraffe-print, black-and-white shirt worn with the brand’s black cropped leg pants and shiny patent shoes. The bold black frames of his glasses added another dose of cool factor to his standout entrance.

Sienna Miller in Burberry Prorsum - 2013 Tony Awards

Sienna Miller continued her current love affair with Burberry while taking to the red carpet on Sunday evening for the 2013 Tony Awards, held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

The actress wore a look from the recently presented Resort 2014 collection, opting for a peony-sable wrap-front Burberry Prorsum strapless calf-length dress.

Sienna’s red carpet approach has been more sophisticated of late, which is understandable, but the styling has been surprisingly off.

The floral headband and dark-berry lip colour are very much a case in point, as neither works with the look. The headband is really childish and the lip colour too dark; however, what was really needed here was blot powder.

Sienna’s beau Tom Sturridge, who was nominated at these awards, also wore a full Burberry look, opting for a black tuxedo styled with a navy tie and black shoes.
