Rachel McAdams In Azzaro – “Midnight In Paris” After Party

Many of you thought Rachel McAdams was slightly overdressed for the screening of her new movie, “Midnight in Paris” yesterday.

She later changed into an Azzaro Fall 2011 jumpsuit for the after party at the Soho Grand Hotel.

Whilst I’m not sure I 100% agree that she was overdressed, I do think this black tuxedo jumpsuit would have worked better for a discreet screening.

I love the black bow tie and beaded button detailing.

Christian Louboutin black patent heels worked perfectly with this look.

Rachel McAdams In Louis Vuitton – “Midnight In Paris” New York Screening

Rachel McAdams is back in New York City after her brief Cannes adventure.

She joined her co-stars on the red carpet last night for the screening of her new movie, “Midnight in Paris” at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room.

Sporting retro curls and coral lips the actress wore a Louis Vuitton ivory silk leopard jacquard gown.

Rachel made full use of the thigh-high split in her skirt, which is sexy until you reach the floor.

Seriously I used to wear black pumps like to interviews.

Would some sexy silver strappy sandals to complement her jewels been too much to ask?

The shoes ruin what would’ve been a perfect look for me which is so in tune with the theme of her movie.

No.

No no no no no.

This is Cannes Film Festival so therefore it’s not too much to ask for all the female celebrities to wear a gown.

I don’t know if Rachel McAdams tactic was to distract us from the fact that she’s officially dating Michael Sheen (??), but this look is too casual for my liking.

This gold bustier with super long pants Monique Lhuillier Spring 2011 is not a bad look; it’s just not the right look for this occasion.

Amrapali rose cut diamond bangles and a Ferragamo gold metal minaudière completed her look.

Rachel McAdams In Marchesa – 2011 Cannes Film Festival “Midnight In Paris” Premiere

WOW…Rachel McAdams really made an impact on the red carpet at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival “Midnight In Paris” Premiere tonight.

She wore a sensational Marchesa Fall 2011 gown.

The embroidered red silk organza illusion cap sleeve gown with tulle ruffle skirt is both romantic and dramatic in equal parts.

I love the retro waves we are seeing a lot of during Cannes so far, as stars are giving us old Hollywood glamour.

As much as I love the dress and the hair, I’m not too crazy about the Casadei pumps.

A very light pair of strappy sandals would’ve been preferred.

Rachel McAdams also showcased a new ‘do sporting a lighter blonde hair colour at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival “Midnight In Paris” Photocall this afternoon.

She was joined by co-stars Adrien Brody, Michael Sheen, Owen Wilson and director Woody Allen.

The actress looked beautiful wearing a white fitted Maxime Simoens Spring 2011 Couture dress.

Her dress was accented with camellia flowers on the shoulders and the pockets.

Beige Ferragamo peep toes and pink lippie completed her Cannes cutie look.

Rachel McAdams continues to give us short sassy looks on the red carpet.

Yesterday she arrived at the Madrid photocall for her new movie, “Morning Glory” wearing an olive Geren Ford Resort 2011 dress.

The leather halter dress with a ruched bodice is so incredibly cute, but those Michael Kors black strappy platforms are way to chunky and heavy for such a dress.

I prefer the styling on the model who breathes so much life into this look.

Rachel kept her hair soft and effortless, completing her look with the same Giles & Brother jewels she wore with her Michael Kors dress.
