Nicole Kidman In Ulyana Sergeenko Couture – Big Little Night

Nicole Kidman spoke about her experience filming the Emmy Award winning ‘Big Little Lies’ during the ‘Big Little Night’ event to benefit Futures Without Violence on Tuesday (September 19) in San Francisco, California.

Considering the event, my first reaction is that Nicole was a tad overdressed in her Ulyana Sergeenko Fall 2017 Couture dress.

I adore seeing sexy Nicole, but I don’t believe a strapless dress with a sheer peek-a-boo bodice was the right choice for this event.

This for me was a classic case of right dress, wrong occasion.

She should’ve saved this for the Grammys or the CMAs.

Katharine McPhee In Martha Medeiros – 3rd Annual Grammy Museum Gala

Katharine McPhee took to the red carpet for the 2017 Grammy Museum Gala honoring David Foster on Tuesday (September 19), before her performance.

It may have been David’s night, but all eyes were on Katharine who stunned in Martha Medeiros.

Some may say she’s leaving little to the imagination, but I feel the dramatic silhouette – with a focus on the intricate fabrics and detailing – places this in the sexy rather than tacky side of the fence.

Margot Robbie In Brock Collection – ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ World Premiere

We’ve had a summer of celebs wearing velvet, so it seems only logical that the tables have turned as we move into Fall.

Margot Robbie was full of the joys of spring as she made her way onto the red carpet for the ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ world premiere this evening (September 20) in London.

Floral-print dresses have slowly become a Brock Collection signature and this -fresh-off-the-runway- Spring 2018 prettily patterned ‘Doda’ dress is a fine example.

Now, my belief is that you’ll fall into one of three categories:

1. Love.
2. Dislike of the wet-look hair, or
3. Find the dress too ‘Little House on the Prairie’.

Personally, I love the romantic nature of the dress, and I think the hair keeps the look modern.

Sonequa Martin-Green In Georges Chakra Couture – Star Trek: Discovery Premiere

Sonequa Martin-Green swept onto the scene at the premiere of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ on Tuesday (September 19) in LA.

Bringing her own sense of moody ethereality to the premiere, she donned a Georges Chakra Fall 2017 Couture gown.

What made the design so intriguing was that it fused a sense of edgy futuristic structure with flowy, floral femininity.

From afar, you could even mistake that flower motif for a starry constellation.

The long skirt did seem a bit too long, slightly overwhelming Sonequa’s frame. But I still love the direction she was taking with this look, with her amazing hair topping it off.

Olivia Munn In Styland – The Daily Show

As she continues the promo circuit for ‘The LEGO Ninjago Movie,’ Olivia Munn stopped by ‘The Daily Show’ in New York City on Tuesday (September 19).

While her last two looks celebrated girlie, feminine style, she opted to flip the script a bit in a signature Styland suit.

The cornflower-blue hue was a lovely contrast to her dark locks.

But, what I missed about this particular example of suiting was a more precise attention to sleek tailoring, as it appeared to need a few nips and tucks along the way.

Bella Hadid In Claudia Li – Out In London

When Bella Hadid wasn’t on the Tommy Hilfiger’s Spring 2018 runway during London Fashion Week, she was seen out and about in the city on Tuesday (September 19).

With a look that could have easily stepped straight from the catwalk, given its style-rebel edge, she slung an oversized plaid Claudia Li Fall 2017 coat over a black mini dress.

The accessories are what really tied the cool-girl look together, though.

I love how the forest-green shoulder bag and matching over-the-knee boots—and even her futuristic red sunglasses and matching cell phone case—create a bold, unifying thread.
