Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Kim Kardashian is the Executive Producer for “The Spin Crowd”, so she arrived on the red carpet last night for the Season Finale Party in New York.

The reality TV star wore an Azzedine Alaia Fall 2010 printed dress.

Some of you will be hating this look just because she wearing a design genius like Alaia, but I’m more horrified about how she styled this look.

Kim, just because you’re wearing an Alaia dress it doesn’t mean an Alaia belt is necessary.

I know a defined waist is Kim’s ‘thing’, but the bandage nature of this dress would’ve given her the same desired silhouette.

She totally overcooked this look.

Yawns at the tights and the shoes are so uninspiring.

The only good thing about her look is that she doesn’t look as bad as her sister.

I wasn’t going to feature Kim Kardashian, but on reflection I have to give credit when credit is due.

The Reality TV star wore a breath-taking red Georges Hobeika gown to the LACMA “The Unmasking’ Of Resnick Pavilion Opening Gala in LA this weekend.

Her stunning gown with gathered details and a double shoulder strap hugs her gorgeous curves giving her a perfect hourglass silhouette.

A classic updo and trademark smokey eyes complete the look.

Kim Kardashian made an appearance on “The Tonight Show” this Tuesday with host Jay Leno.

When asked during her appearance how she avoids trouble like some other young celebrities out there, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star gave credit to her father who taught her how to be the responsible older sister.

She also admitted to not liking the taste for alcohol, saying that her sisters think she’s pretty boring.

Kim looked beautiful on the show wearing a Peter Pilotto printed dress from the Spring 2010 collection.

It’s amazing how much better she looks when she’s not caking on the make-up.

This dress was a nice idea, but it didn’t really flatter her especially on the hips and the bust.

I will always applaud her when she steps out of her comfort zone like this, but the origami pleats are lost on her in this dress.

The same thing happened when she wore a Hannah Marshall dress recently.

I also don’t think she wasn’t totally comfortable in this dress.

This was definitely her stylist choice.

I do like how her nude patent YSL Trib Two’s complement her dress.

Pleasantly Surprised Award
I have to give credit to Kim Kardashian as she nailed it on the red carpet at the 2010 Emmy Awards tonight.

I’m often baffled why she’s so famous considering the way she became famous, but forget about that because she blew me away tonight.

Her Marchesa Resort 2011 white silk chiffon column gown with a draped bodice had a beautiful Egyptian neckline detail and full flowing train.

I like how she kept her accessories to a minimum by just pairing her gown with a Lorraine Schwartz cuff which complemented the neckline of her gown.

I think she needs to take over from Ryan Seacrest, because she asked Lea Michele all the right questions on the red carpet tonight.

Kim Kardashian walked the red carpet at the “LA Confidential Magazine Emmy Kick-Off Celebration event” at The London in West Hollywood last night.

Like most of you I usually prefer her sidewalk style to her red carpet style, but her Hannah Marshall mini dress has a intriguing mix of sexy and sweet.

The top leather part is sexy, containing her twins without looking constricting (note to Katy Perry).

The corduroy pink skirt adds the sweet touch despite it looking a tad tight around the hips (understandable with her assets).

Wrapped around her waist is a Gianfranco Ferre clear belt with a gold bow-shaped detail.

Loren jewels and Christian Louboutin heels complete the look.

Despite Kim looking more and more like her Madame Tussauds wax figure, this is well coordinated look.
