Who Wore Marchesa Better? Anne Hathaway or Katharine McPhee

Anne Hathaway looked stunning wearing a sapphire Marchesa feathered cocktail dress to the “Valentine’s Day” LA Premiere back in February.

The actress accessorized her dress with Garrard by Georgina Chapman diamond feather earrings and a Roger Viver black jewel encrusted clutch.

Katharine McPhee wore the same dress this month when she performed on ‘The CBS ‘Early Show’ in New York City.

I love how Katharine’s version is less tame than Anne’s dress and I also prefer Katharine’s strappy nude sandals, so she wins for me.

Who Wore Armani Exchange Better? Katharine McPhee or Kelly Bensimon

Katharine McPhee attended the A|X Armani Exchange and ELLE Magazine’s “Disco Glam” Soiree! which was held in LA back in May.

The singer who had recently returned back to her natural darker roots at this point, wore an Armani Exchange silk printed romper with brown ankle strap heels.

Last week Kelly Bensimon wore the same romper to the “Grown Ups” New York Premiere.

The “The Real Housewives of New York City” star paired her $130 romper with a strange rope belt and gold peep-toes.

As much as I’m confused about Kelly belt, I prefer her footwear so she wins for me.

A|X and ELLE Magazine’s “Disco Glam” Soiree!

Last week celebs arrived at A|X Armani Exchange on Robertson Boulevard for “Disco Glam,” an evening of high-style decadence hosted by A|X, ELLE Magazine and Joe Zee, ELLE’s Creative Director.

Each star was of course decked out in A|X.

AnnaLynne McCord wore a grey vest top paired with white A|X shredded jeans.

Coral peep-toes and neon yellow bracelets which matched her toe nail polish completed her look.

Kelly Osbourne wore the cutest look wearing an A|X cut-out bubble dress with an adorable colourful floral print.

An A|X cropped knit denim jacket and an edgy studded bag completed the look.

I like that her comical purple hair worked well with her dress.

Brenda Song wore A|X romper which she teamed with workman like boots and a A|X satin bomber jacket.

Keri Hilson also opted for a A|X romper, but her strapless romper had a more interesting ikat print.

She also teamed her look with the same A|X satin bomber jacket as Brenda.

Whilst everyone was going for Spring casual looks, Eva Amurri decided to go for something sexier.

Her A|X banded shimmering dress hugged her in all the right places and she added a eye-popping pink clutch to complete her look.

Katharine McPhee wore a colourful A|X silk halter romper with ankle strap heels.

I’m I the only one missing her as a blonde?

I like all these looks.

Each girl found a look to suit their individual style.

More From “A Night Of Fashion & Technology With LG Mobile Phones” Red Carpet

Katharine McPhee was my favourite on this red carpet from this group, as I can totally see myself wearing this look.

The singer wore an Alice + Olivia taupe embellished tank with Alice + Olivia Anders safari pants.

January Jones wore a white Alice + Olivia sheath dress with draping on the hip with white strappy Jerome Rousseau sandals.

Vanessa Hudgens opted for a cute Tibi strapless mini dress from the Spring 2010 collection, with an amazing pair of multi-coloured Jimmy Choo ‘Zuma’ sandals.

Layered Irit Design silver chain necklaces completed her look.

I wasn’t at all excited about what Anna Kendrick wore, but her accessories made up for it.

She wore Jimmy Choo ‘Zena’ sandals and carried the much coveted Emilio Pucci Marquise bag.

Jessica Stroup also wore a white dress.

Her was a draped one shoulder Notte by Marchesa dress with a ruffled shoulder detail.

A Jimmy Choo ‘Mini Carolina’ clutch and those clunky Casadei 3504 triple platform pumps completed her look.

Like Anna, Gabrielle Union opted for an all black look which included a Helmut Lang dress, a Yaya leather jacket and Alexander McQueen cut-out zippers & skull booties.

Runway To The Pix Morning Show – Katharine McPhee In 3.1 Phillip Lim

Katharine McPhee is in full on promo mode as she continues to promote her new album “Unbroken”.

This week she was at “The Pix Morning Show” in New York where she performed her new single “Keep Drivin’”.

Her look is constantly changing.

She went from a very sophisticated Marchesa look on Conan O’Brien’s late night show, to a more laid back look for this morning show.

Her ensemble included ankle boots, patterned tights, a blue mini skirt and a 3.1 Phillip Lim ‘OK’ hand printed tee.

The look has a weird mish-mash of colours that surprisingly doesn’t offend me.

I was hoping stars would jump off the ankle boot trend in 2010, but I guess it’s here to stay for a while.

The stylish statement making tee was one of the many hand printed tees in the 3.1 Phillip Lim Resort 2010 collection.

This tee is available to purchase from Browns Fashion and Matches Fashion.com.
