The London 2012 Closing Ceremony, which took place at the Olympic Stadium yesterday evening, was not only about British culture and music; it was also about fashion.

A selection of our finest and most iconic supermodels took to the stage showcasing British Fashion to its largest-ever global audience.

They were all dressed in pure gold to celebrate Team GB’s 29-gold-medals haul.

From left to right we have Lily Cole wearing an Erdem gold embroidered and lace cocktail dress with gold Charlotte Olympia ankle-strap pumps.

Stella Tennant rocked a Christopher Kane metal mesh and Swarovski crystal pant suit with a rockstar spiked hairdo. One of my favourites of the night.

Karen Elson was more serene wearing a Burberry gold-lace evening dress with a slit which revealed her Jimmy Choo gold ‘Private’ sandals.Read More…

Kate Moss – Fashion for Relief Charity Dinner

Kate Moss supported her supermodel pal last night, by attending Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief charity dinner at Downtown in Mayfair, London.

Oozing a ‘I got ready in five minutes’ look, the British model wore a black vintage-style tunic dress with gold embroidery.

Keeping the black-and-gold theme going, she styled her look with Gucci t-bar sandals and a croc clutch.

Kate Moss wouldn’t be Kate Moss without the slightly dishevelled hair, so she gets a pass.

Kate Moss In Alexander McQueen – Jade Jagger’s Wedding

Jade Jagger tied the knot with DJ Adrian Fillary at the luxurious Aynhoe Park stately home near Banbury, Oxfordshire on Saturday in front of a number of A-list guests.

As well as her famous parents, guests also included Kate Moss and her husband Jamie Hince, former stepmother Jerry Hall and half-sister Elizabeth Jagger.

Kate stood out wearing an Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 dress.

Unlike Rose Byrne who wore the commercial version last year, Kate wore the leather laser-cut and lace runway version, sans mask, which had a frilled hemline for a feminine touch to this fierce look.

The only woman who actually looks cool when she doesn’t brush her hair styled her McQueen dress with a silver clutch and black strappy sandals.

Steal Her Style: Kate Moss

Kate Moss was spotted headed to HIX restaurant in London yesterday looking uber chic – as always.

The look is simple enough; a black button down shirt paired with pink pants.

Excluding her brown belt, she opted for all black accessories including a Stella McCartney ‘Falabella’ chain clutch, toe-cap pumps and black wayfarer sunglasses.

Here’s how to steal Kate Moss’ style.

Topshop chinos Topshop International £32, Gap ‘The Perfect Shirt’ from Gap.com $49.95, ALDO ‘Simler’ clutch ASOS.com $62.67, Diesel belt ASOS.com $62.67, Cheap Monday sunglasses ASOS.com $32.23 and Marks & Spencer toe-cap pumps Marks & Spenceers £49.50

2011 British Fashion Awards Red Carpet Up

Here are the rest of the stars who attended the 2011 British Fashion Awards.

Kristen McMenamy: The American model wore an ice-white Alexander McQueen Fall 2011 organza pearl embroidered dress to go with her ice-white hair.  Her matching McQueen accessories included a filigree skull clutch, python boots and fur scarf.

Stella McCartney: The designer was, of course, in a look from her recent Spring 2012 collection. Her printed jumpsuit epitomizes her chic, laidback style of dressing. Iron-straight hair and black sandals provided the finishing touches.

Caroline Sieber: Like Alexa Chung, the stylist also wore a look from the Christopher Kane Spring 2012 collection. Her iridescent plunging floral-print mini dress was unimaginatively paired with black pumps.

Front Row @ Mulberry Spring 2012

Kristen Stewart and Kate Moss were front row at the 10am Mulberry show which I attended yesterday. It was so cute to see the young star and supermodel deep in conversation like they were old friends.

Kristen Stewart: The actress is currently in the UK shooting a new movie. She opted to wear a summery Mulberry ‘Neely’ Resort 2012 striped dress with a striped belt. I love the dress, but I wish she’d worn the same heels as the model instead of these midnight blue Mulberry ‘Braided’ booties. I get why she picked these boots as they work with her style.

Kate Moss: The super breezed in wearing a double denim Mulberry Resort 2012 look. The jury is still out on whether I like double denim, but both Kate and Charlize Theron know how to rock it. I found Kate to be very charming.

Olivia Palermo: The front row London Fashion Week regular also wore a look from the Mulberry Resort 2012 collection. Her fuchsia pink metallic top was paired with Hudson Nico skinny jeans, Mulberry bow front pumps and a Mulberry ‘Harriet’ clutch from the Resort 2012 collection.

Anna Dello Russo: The Street Style photographers favourite wore a floral Jil Sander Fall 2011 dress to which she added an orange belt. She also added black pointy ankle boots, but she’s forgiven as she carried a gorgeous yellow Bottega Veneta clutch plus a Gucci snake-skin tote.

Olivia is my favourite here.

Who Wore Lanvin Better? Courteney Cox or Kate Moss

Courteney Cox certainly brought something new to the red carpet instead of her usual head-to-toe black, when she attended the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards back in June wearing a Lanvin python-print silk dress.

The ‘Cougar Town’ actress ensured the print was the stand out part of her look.

Her dress wasn’t overshadowed by fussy accessories as she only added a waist defining light-grey grosgrain belt and black strappy sandals.

Kate Moss wore the same Lanvin dress whilst out to dinner at Zuma in London with BFF Sir Phillip Green and her husband Jamie Hince.

The Moss magic was in full effect as she pulls off this effortlessly casual look in her trademark, ‘shabby chic’, ‘just threw this on’ style.

Her dress was paired with a Chanel handbag, Christian Louboutin’s heels and a white blazer.

I think both the ladies look great.

Courtney gets points for breaking out of her comfort zone, but I prefer how Kate wore this as a drop-waist dress so she wins for me.
