Following the welcoming ceremony to the Solomon Islands, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a traditional island feast, hosted by the Governor-General and his wife.

It has been reported that Catherine had planned another outfit for this feast, but that she opted to wear an original Solomon dress for the occasion which was presented to her upon arrival.

The vibrant pink-and-orange batik-print strapless dress from a local shop called Island Print was styled with Stuart Weitzman Minx wedges and a gold bracelet.

This is my second favourite look after the Prabal Gurung dress.

I’m hoping this tour will open Catherine’s eyes to wearing more colour in the future.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge travelled from Malaysia to the Solomon Islands on day six of their Southeast Asian Diamond Jubilee Tour on Sunday.

They were welcomed with orchid garlands and a traditional warrior dance much to the couple’s delight.
Catherine wore a Jonathan Saunders Evelyn dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

Her lady-like short-sleeve dress with an aqua, white and forest green geometric-print with a v-back also featured a tie belt to the waist.

After a week of staying in the same colour palette, I’m glad Catherine opted for something more colourful, but I did eyeroll her LK Bennett pumps.

A cream Jane Taylor hat, a mini clutch and a half-up, half-down hairstyle completed her look.

You can buy Catherine’s Jonathan Saunders dress from Net-A-Porter International and Matches Fashion US.

With a little help from her friends, Kristen Stewart won best dressed this week.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge had many looks this week, but it was her Prabal Gurung which stood out by a country mile, so I share your admiration for this look.

My overall favourite was Zhang Ziyi who looked breath-taking in her Marc Bouwer gown.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge attended a tea party at the British High Commission on day 4 of their South-East Asian Diamond Jubilee Tour earlier today in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Duchess heard your prayers and finally swept her hair up into a chic pearl-accented bun while wearing a Temperley London dress from the Fall 2012 collection.

Her pale blue dress with a white lace overlay with intricate embroidered details was styled with, yes you guessed it, her nude L.K. Bennett pumps.

From the ankles up, this is my second favourite look so far, following the Prabal Gurung digital-print dress.

Earlier today, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge continued their South-East Asian tour by visiting the Assyakirin mosque in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Duchess wore a Beulah ‘Sabitri’ powder-blue knee-length dress with billowing sleeves and a button-down front, which she of course paired with L.K. Bennett nude pumps.

In the mosque the Duchess observed Islamic religious laws by covering her head (with a scarf which matched her dress) and removing her shoes.

Drop earrings and her gold L.K. Bennett clutch completed her look.
