Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Michael Kors – Australian War Memorial

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Michael Kors - Australian War Memorial
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge carried out the final official engagement of their New Zealand and Australia tour on Friday (April 25) morning.

The couple paid their respects to fallen soldiers by attending the ANZAC Day march and a commemorative service in Canberra before visiting the Australian War Memorial in the country’s capital.

Catherine wore another coat dress; this time she selected a blue and white tweed Michael Kors Spring 2014 coat dress.

Her accessories – including a navy hat by Australian milliner Jonathan Howard, a Russell and Bromley ‘Muse’ navy clutch and navy pumps – colour co-ordinated perfectly with her look and her husband’s navy suit.

Other accessories included a jewelled poppy brooch, a Cartier watch and an Asprey charm pendant.

Opting not to change, the royal family headed to Fairbairn Airbase to head back to the UK.

Knowing your feelings, this might seem like a redundant question, but was this tour a success fashion-wise?

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Lela Rose – Governor General Peter Cosgrove Reception

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Lela Rose - Governor General Peter Cosgrove Reception

Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge arrived with Governor-General Peter Cosgrove and Lady Cosgrove to a reception at Government House on Thursday (April 24) in Canberra, Australia.

Wearing her second look of the day, the Duchess looked delightful wearing a Lela Rose Spring 2013 dress.

This frock is the epitome of modern elegance, exuding sophistication with its delicate macramé lace at the peplum and the short sleeves.

Sadly, I’m not a fan of the accessories – especially the shoes, along with the bracelet, the watch and the clutch – with this look, which is such as shame because I adore the dress.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attended a reception at Parliament House and visited the Portrait Gallery on Thursday (April 24) in Canberra, Australia.

The Duchess opted for a coat dress again, this time from British designer Catherine Walker.

Her beautiful emerald-green belted piece, which appears to be a bespoke version of two looks which appear on Catherine Walker’s website, was of course styled with her favourite nude L.K. Bennett ‘Sledge’ pumps along with some complementary emerald earrings.

I know many of you have been totally unimpressed with Catherine during this tour. There have been a lot of coat dresses, so how does this one fare?

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Hobbs – Uluru

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Hobbs - Uluru

Following her Roksanda Ilincic look earlier in the day, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge changed for a romantic stroll around the base of Uluru with Prince William, Duke of Cambridge on Tuesday (April 22) in Ayers Rock, Australia.

The Duchess recycled her Hobbs fit-and-flare ’50s-inspired grey and white dress, styling it with a white woven belt, espadrille wedges and the beaded necklace she was presented with while walking around the base.

I know many of you are so very bored with her looks, but despite their repetitiveness they have at least been event appropriate, and this is a perfect example.

If you are waiting for her to wow you, I would advise that you don’t hold your breath.
