Project Runway 12 Ep1

‘Project Runway’ season 12 premiered on Lifetime two weeks ago with guest judge Kate Bosworth, and all the judges opted for a dark fall-like colour palette.

Kate Bosworth: The actress opted for a surprisingly simple look wearing a black sleeveless frock with a statement necklace and black midi heels.

Nina Garcia: I was not surprised that Nina stood out, as she often does, wearing a Victoria Beckham Fall 2013 tri-colour short-sleeve felted wool dress worn without the runway turtleneck; instead she opted for a decorative necklace. Adding a wider leather belt, she completed her look with a silver studded cuff and black sandals.

Zac Posen: This look was more sombre than I expected. The midnight-blue look blended well with his fellow judges; however, I am hoping to see him work some interesting suits this season.

Heidi Klum: After so much animal print during her promo tour, it was refreshing to see her going back to wearing something sexy and simple. She wore a Vivienne Westwood Anglomania crochet cowl-neck dress with a nude slip which she styled with her ‘can’t live without’ Saint Laurent ‘Janis’ T-bar pumps.

A Week In Heidi Klum's Closet

It has been a very busy week for Heidi Klum who has not only been promoting the new season of ‘Project Runway’ but also ‘America’s Got Talent’.

‘Good Morning America’: Joining judges Nina Garcia and Zac Posen, Heidi wore her first animal-print dress of the week on ‘Good Morning America’ on Tuesday. Her L’Agence sleeveless crème leopard dress was styled with a sexy pair of Saint Laurent black studded sandals.

‘Live with Kelly and Michael:’ Later on that same day, Heidi worked this season’s hottest trend: black-and-white, while donning this sporty, streamline Temperley London ‘Mariella’ jumpsuit from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection which she styled with black peep-toes, cat-eye Karen Walker Northern Light sunglasses and a studded bag.

‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 8 Pre-Show Red Carpet Event: By nightfall, she was back to wearing another animal-print dress by one of her favourite designers, Versace. The neon-yellow, black and grey sheath dress styled with Saint Laurent ‘Janis’ pumps is a tad too garish for my liking.

‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 8 Post-Show Red Carpet Event: Last night Heidi finally got it right wearing a blue sequin mini ASOS dress which focused on her best asset: her legs. The backless mini with a v-neckline was accented with a black leather belt and styled with the same Saint Laurent ‘Janis’ pumps as before, which is a shame as they don’t enhance the look. Turning to her favourite jeweller, Lorraine Schwartz, she dazzled wearing diamond cluster earrings and a beautiful cocktail ring.

Which is your preferred look of the four?

Heidi Klum In Roland Mouret - 8th Annual 'Made In NY Awards'

Heidi Klum attended the 8th Annual ‘Made In NY Awards’ at Gracie Mansion in New York City on Monday evening looking like a different woman – a women dressed right for her age.

Proving, mostly to herself, that you can look sexy in a dress that doesn’t scream tacky, the model/TV host wore a Roland Mouret Fall 2013 dress.

The knee-length, v-neck, colour-block frock with three different-coloured animal-print panels on the skirt was styled with black Louboutin pumps, antique silver Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a simple ponytail.

Much improved, or does Heidi still not win you over with this look?

Heidi Klum In Atelier Versace - 'Germany's Next Topmodel' Finals

German supermodel Heidi Klum fit right in at the finale of ‘Germany’s Next Top Model,’ hosted on Thursday night at the SAP Arena in Mannheim, Germany.

While Gangnam-guy PSY did his thing on stage—and some shocking topless protestors did theirs—Heidi still managed to steal the spotlight with her own bold statement.

Her Atelier Versace Spring 2013 pink gown, outlined in neon piping, is her third look from the designer in recent days. She also wore the big V to the ‘GNTM’ photocall earlier this week and at the Cannes Film Festival.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Heidi dress without some sexy cutaway lines and a fierce thigh-high slit, both of which were duly accounted for in this number.

Her DayGlo-coloured Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ cage sandals matched the bright glow-stick collar of her dress, while OFIRA jewels, including a cuff, cocktail ring and sizable hoop earrings, added a golden edge.

You may remember Selena Gomez wore a similar Atelier Versace dress—complete with the same perky ponytail—to the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.

Some of you opposed the look on Selena. Does Heidi get your vote?

Heidi Klum In Atelier Versace - Germany's Next Top Model Photocall

Heidi Klum struck a pose at a photocall for Germany’s Next Top Model at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Berlin, Germany yesterday afternoon.

The judge wore an Atelier Versace Spring 2013 pinstripe asymmetrical one-sleeve dress enriched with gold metallic detailing at the waist.

Heidi has had many moments in Versace; not all have been good.

This will go in the not-so-good section, just for what this dress is doing to her breasts alone.

She completed her look with a pair of Versace black gold-fringed sandals from the Spring 2013 collection.
