Heidi Klum In Roland Mouret - 2013 Creative Arts Emmy Awards

Heidi Klum attended the 2013 Creative Arts Emmy Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in California yesterday evening, where she collected the ‘Reality or Competitive Reality Competition Program’ Award for ‘Project Runway’ with Tim Gunn.

The host turned to one of her favourite designers Roland Mouret, selecting a black-and-white lace strapless Fall 2013 gown featuring an origami bodice, black waistband and solid black back panel which she styled with Lorraine Schwartz diamond upside down triangle wave earrings, a Lorraine Schwartz brown diamond cocktail ring and Jimmy Choo sandals.

A side-swept braided hairstyle and nude lippie provided the finishing touches.

We often find at least one fault with Heidi’s red carpet looks.

Do you find one on this occasion? I think she looks pretty damn good from here.

Heidi Klum in Max Azria Atelier - Project Runway Spring 2014 Fashion Show

Heidi Klum was also strutting down the catwalk with Nina Garcia and Kerry Washington at the ‘Project Runway’ Spring 2014 Fashion Show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week today in New York City.

The supermodel and ‘Project Runway’ host stunned in a bronze-metallic Max Azria Atelier one-shoulder gown, with long train, which served up some major flash factor.

A spike-studded belt added some unexpected, cool edge to the glamour of the hourglass silhouette and those head-to-toe sequins.

Letting the dazzle of her dress take top billing, she wore minimal jewels, topping off her look with a wave of blonde locks and a nude lip.

Who Wore Michael Kors Better Rosie Huntington-Whiteley or Heidi Klum

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was the first to wear her Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2013 strapless leaf-print pencil dress back in April while attending a dinner in honour of Michael Kors hosted by Vogue.

A thin leather belt highlighted her slim waist, while a pair of white Jean-Michel Cazabat pumps elongated her enviable pins.

Late last month Heidi Klum sizzled on the America’s Got Talent red carpet wearing the exact same frock.

Like Rosie, Heidi added a waist-cinching belt, opting to tread the red carpet in black Jimmy Choo ‘Jada’ sandals.

While both ladies looked gorgeous in their dresses with tumbling curls, I am going with Rosie because I prefer her styling. That chain belt doesn’t really work with Heidi’s dress.

Heidi Klum In Kaufmanfranco - 'America's Got Talent' Post-Show Red Carpet

Heidi Klum was spotted at Radio City Music Hall for the ‘America’s Got Talent’ post-show red carpet in New York City yesterday evening.

The judge showed off a lot of cleavage, wearing a Kaufmanfranco Spring 2013 crystal-embroidered white shift dress with an illusion insert which is all kinds of wrong for the blonde beauty.

I do like the styling, especially the strappy Christian Louboutin ‘Monocronana’ sandals, but the dress itself displays too much boobage, giving her a one-way ticket to Tackyville, USA.

You may remember that Taylor Swift wore the same dress to the 40 Principales Music Awards earlier this year and the words tacky never entered our heads, let alone left our lips when commenting on her look.

Many of you have said that Heidi is too old to wear some of the looks she chooses. My issue with her current style is that her level of taste seems to be at an all-time low.

Nina Garcia Philip Lim

It was the battle of the bow ties on ‘Project Runway” Season 12, Episode 4, as the competing designers fashioned all sorts of concoctions based on the dapper accessory. The judges tied the sartorial knot on their looks, too.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson: The ‘Modern Family’ actor and guest judge represented his organization, Tie the Knot, quite well with his perky neckwear that was only matched by those punchy plaid pants. When paired with a solid dark-navy blazer, baby-blue button-down and white boat shoes sans socks, this was prepster meets quirky—and what a cool union it is.

Nina Garcia: The always-sophisticated ‘Marie Claire’ fashion maven showed us a slightly more rambunctious, rocker-chic side with a crest-printed ‘Sono Mama’ beaded silk panel tee by 3.1 Phillip Lim, worn with black skinny pants and sandals. What you cannot see here is she wore her white bow tie undone around her neck to complete the style-forward statement.

Zac Posen: Opting for a more formal look, the designer dressed up in a slim-fit black tux with satin lapels. With a dark bow tie and a lapel brooch, this handsome, monochromatic moment was man-glam at its finest.

Heidi Klum: The model host shimmered in her body-con black dress, blanketed in a sequin treatment, and her sassy Giuseppe Zanotti uber-embellished sandals. A heather-grey silk bow, tied round her neck, was a whimsical counterpart to all that glitter.
