‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 12

On part four of, “What The Frock Are You Wearing?”, the ladies of ‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 12 proved that things can get worse. Much worse.

Heidi Klum: To be fair to Heidi, this Libertine Fall 2017 blazer and jeans combo isn’t all bad.  It’s one of her more relaxed, non try-hard looks so I’ll give her a pass.

Melanie Brown: It’s like carnival and Halloween rolled into one.  Between the sheer, near nakedness, the OTT feathers, lace booties and new flame-red hairdo, this is total assault on the eye balls.

Tyra Banks: Destined to never get it right, this gold sequin frock would’ve been OK had it not been for the bra.

Tune in next week for a new their new show called, “How I Get Dressed In The Dark”.

‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 12 Live Show

In our third installment of ‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 12 live show red carpet recap we have: much improved, much of the same and as expected.

Heidi Klum: After the VMAs, Heidi’s red carpet style couldn’t get much worse, so thankfully she opted to step things up on this occasion. The model wore an Alice + Olivia Resort 2018 latin-inspired dress that doesn’t shy from a sense of playfulness and overtly feminine aesthetic the brand is known for. Olgana Paris ‘La Delicate’ sandals completed the look.

Tyra Banks: Sticking with Stello for the third time. Once again this sheer lace dress seems so OTT and inappropriate for a prime-time show.

Melanie Brown: Switching up her hair for a bubble-gum pink shade, you can’t say her colourful look wasn’t perfectly coordinated. The exaggerated length fringes add a dash of intrigue, sassiness and playfulness you would expect from the former Spice Girl.

Heidi Klum In Dundas – 2017 MTV VMAs

When I saw Heidi Klum at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (August 27), I was determined to say something positive about her Dundas Resort 2018 sheer look.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find those words, so tacky, thirsty, desperate, done-to-death and dated will have to do.

‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 12 Live Show

America’s Got Talent, but still no stylist on the payroll judging by the red carpet for the season 12 live show on Tuesday (August 22).

Heidi Klum: To her credit the model was much improved in her bias cut electric blue Vatanika Resort 2018 gown (if you ignore how ill-fitting it was), it’s just unfortunate the ties on her silver sandals just looked sloppy.

Tyra Banks: Opting yet again for a Stello, I wanted to give this dated cape-style jumpsuit a pass mostly just for the effort, but once again the makeup is too heavy handed for my liking.

Melanie Brown: Going from blonde to ice-white, my first impression of this colourful number was, if only it didn’t have that central slit, and she didn’t select those bland pumps.

America’s Got Talent Season 12

It’s that time of year again when stylist take a well earned break ahead of the Emmys next month, which kicks starts the lead up to awards season 2018.

For me that can be the ONLY explanation for these three horrors which took to the red carpet last night for a taping of ‘America’s Got Talent’ on Tuesday (August 15).

Heidi Klum: The 80s called, they want their animal print suit back. This look hails from her Esmara by Heidi Klum collection in collaboration with German grocery chain Lidl. I can’t wait to see the rest.

Tyra Banks: Words fail me. It’s almost cartoonish in every possibly way. Starting from the spider lashes to the Stello dress of many colours. The only thing I’m lusting over is her yellow pumps.

Melanie Brown: A bedazzled sheer Rocky Gathercole catsuit for the taping of a TV show where you’ll be seated most of the time? It just doesn’t make sense.

How can three beautiful, successful women with their means, dress so dreadfully on a consistent bases?

Heidi Klum In Galvan – Good Morning America

Heidi Klum was sure to turn heads as she made her way to the ‘Good Morning America’ studios on Thursday (July 6) in New York City to promote ‘Project Runway’ premiering August 17.

The supermodel judge wore a Galvan Spring 2017 yellow-gold satin slip dress with a trendy lace-up slit along the side.

Something tells me I would’ve preferred this in a pastel blue hue, but there is no denying how radiant she looks here, especially when her look has been styled with matching Giuseppe Zanotti gold sandals and mirrored gold Thom Browne sunglasses.

Was this too one note for you, or perfectly matched?

Heidi Klum In Barbara Bui – Out In New York City

Heidi Klum was all business as she strolled through New York City on her way to the ‘Project Runway’ set on Tuesday (June 20).

While we’ve been seeing a number of oversized suiting pieces lately, Heidi bucked that trend in favour of a precisely fitted, windowpane suit from the Barbara Bui Pre-Fall 2017 collection.

I love this look for its sleek precision and sophisticated edge, made just sexy enough with the pointy heels and her collections of rings.

A classic Birkin bag added the finishing touch of tailored luxury to the ensemble.
