Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Gwyneth Paltrow continued her winning streak on the red carpet at the “Contagion” Venice Film Festival Premiere last night.

She dazzled in a gorgeous blush pink Prada gown which features an organza T-back bow detail, making this her second look in a row from the Italian design house.

Her stunning dress was complemented with a light pink Prada ‘Cipria Raso’ hard-case clutch and matching patent leather Prada ‘Vernice’ peep-toe platforms.

Gwyneth chose an intricate pair of yellow gold and diamond Bvlgari earrings, which shone underneath her sophisticated side swept hairstyle.

She opted for simple makeup – save for a slick of pink lipstick, which helped to brighten up her look.

This incredible dress is worthy of the Oscars and Gwyneth almost pulls it off perfectly.

I have to say I’m not a fan of her shoe choice.

I would’ve preferred something a little more elegant than her platform heels. I’m also torn on her decision to wear her hair down, especially with that gorgeous bow detail on the back of her dress. I envision it looking amazing had she opted for a sleek up-do.

Regardless of those two minor details, she’s definitely an early BDOTW contender.

Gwyneth Paltrow looked picture perfect when she stepped out on the red carpet for the “Contagion” Venice Film Festival Photocall yesterday.

The gorgeous actress glowed in a coral Prada mini dress.

Her pretty ensemble features bunched, balloon-style half sleeves and is cinched at the waist with a black belt.

Gwyneth accessorized her look with only a pair of Nicholas Kirkwood navy and cream floral printed peep-toes which allowed the dress to take centre stage.

She wore her blonde hair in a casual straight style and chose light but totally flawless makeup.

The actress and cookbook author shines in this look and it couldn’t be more summer appropriate.

The colour is gorgeous against her tan. She looks radiant.

Gwyneth Paltrow graces the cover of the Elle US September 2011 issue wearing the same Louis Vuitton black laser cut leather jacket we saw on Fergie recently.

The rest of her editorial which was shot by Carter Smith sees her wearing Christopher Kane and Tom Ford.

In her interview Gwynie talks about showing the world a different side of herself, sharing her personal care regimens, Beyonce’s advice for her and Gwyneth also makes a rare comment about her husband Chris Martin, divulging why they keep their marriage out of the spotlight.

The issue hits newsstands on August 16 or head to Elle.com to see more.

On showing the world a different side: “If you speak to my friends who’ve known me since I was four, they’ll say, ‘That is her.’ They always said to me, ‘You’re the dirtiest person in the world and so funny. Show the world that side of you.’ I felt guarded. I felt like if I really showed people more of me and I was still not accepted, then…Who cares. You just realize it doesn’t matter what people think of you.” Read more…

January Jones was spotted running errands in LA’s Larchmont Village back in June wearing this pretty Gerard Darel printed maxi skirt.

The ‘Mad Men’ actress paired the summery skirt with a long-sleeved grey t-shirt, layered over a white tank top.

January wore the skirt with beaten-up black boots, ankle socks, a dark grey leather Chanel chain shoulder bag and black shades.

Gwyneth Paltrow wore the same skirt, albeit as a dress, whilst vacationing with her family in Porto Cervo, Italy earlier this month.

The actress and cookbook author looked gorgeous cinching the skirt at the waist with a thin, braided brown belt.

She kept her outfit fuss-free adding only a cute pair of tan sandals, a gold bracelet and black shades to her look.

Both women look great in the individual ways they styled this skirt but Gwyneth’s chic, summery look totally wins for me.

The print complements her tan perfectly. Had January chosen a brighter coloured t-shirt and some fun sandals, she would have had more of a chance against Gwyneth.

Gwyneth Paltrow was seen out in London last night, as she made her way to Beyonce Knowles’ performance at the Shepherds Bush Empire.

Unlike the torrential rain, thunder and lightning we are experiencing today, yesterday was a very warm and sunny day in the capital.

Gwynie wore a beautiful Étoile Isabel Marant Bell printed silk-chiffon dress which accentuated her bronzed glow.

Her blue and white print dress was embellished with metallic-silver embroidery to provide a shimmering finish.
