Dolce & Gabbana’s 5th Avenue Boutique Opening

Dolce & Gabbana's 5th Avenue Boutique Opening

The Dolce & Gabbana 5th Avenue Boutique Opening took place on Saturday evening in New York City, where Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana enjoyed a night of traditional Italian hospitality and mingled around the space of the new store, which spans three floors.

Giovanna Battaglia: The fashion editor stood out wearing a stunning red satin fit-and-flare dress with a lace overlay, which she styled with red embellished shoes. She was by far my favourite of the night. I love how she captures the essence of a brand without the theatrics.

Paloma Faith: Speaking of theatrics, the British singer went all out in a full Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2013 look, with the only solid piece of her look being her belt. I do love the fact that she’s not afraid of colour, prints and standing out in a room of black lace dresses. This Dolce & Gabbana look featuring a ‘Trio’ of Knight’ dress might not go down too well, but I love her boldness. You may remember that Zhang Zilin wore this same dress earlier this year.

Bianca Brandolini D’Adda: We usually associate Dolce & Gabbana with black lace dresses, but Giovanna and Bianca embraced red lace on this occasion. The socialite donned a bell-sleeved mini dress with a black overlay, styling her look with a black Dolce & Gabbana ponyskin clutch and red embellished sandals.

Gisele Bundchen For Salvatore Ferragamo’s Spring 2012 Ad Campaign

Gisele Bundchen smoulders with the Caribbean deep-blue sea in the backdrop striking her best supermodel pose for the Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2012 ad campaign.

Mikael Jansson shot the campaign in Jamaica which also co-stars male model Noah Mills.

The setting is perfect for the brand’s colourful spring offerings.

Despite the fact that Gisele only walked for the Givenchy Spring 2012 presentation, she has racked up three campaigns so far, including Versace and Givenchy.

Massimiliano Giornetti, creative director of Ferragamo, said, “I had no doubt about who to feature in this campaign.”

Amen.

Gisele Bundchen In Oscar de la Renta – 39th AFI Life Achievement Award Honoring Morgan Freeman

I love an 11th hour contender for BDOTW.

Gisele Bundchen even had Morgan Freeman blushing at the 39th AFI Life Achievement Awards which honored the great actor in LA last night.

It was Freeman’s night, but all eyes would’ve been on Gisele wearing a beautiful Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2011 gown.

Her silver embroidered gown with a draped surplus bodice and a long skirt with fishtail train was accented with a standout pink ribbon waistband as presented on the model.

It’s a beautiful pop of colour, but I also think the gown would’ve looked just as stunning on Gisele without it.

I simple ponytail, a Raven Kauffman Couture ‘Nuit’ clutch, Jimmy Choo ‘Zone’ sandals and Jack Vartanian jewels completed her effortless look.

Gisele Bundchen In Emanuel Ungaro – Robin Hood Foundation Gala

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen attended the Robin Hood Foundation Gala in New York City yesterday.

She wore one of the sexiest LBDs I’ve seen on the red carpet since Odette Annable blew me away a few weeks ago, but then Gisele could wear a bin-liner and still make it look hot.

Gisele wore an Emanuel Ungaro Spring 2011 black dress with a lace front panel and a sexy central split.

The teasing look was paired with super hot red lips and Christian Louboutin Pigalle heels.

I instantly think of the models in the Robert Palmer ‘Addicted to Love’ video when I see this look.

Gisele Bundchen In Alexander McQueen – 2011 Met Gala

Gisele Bundchen looked sensational at the 2011 Met Gala.

She always wears something dramatic and eye-catching to outdo th other models.

Last night she wore an Alexander McQueen Fall 2005 red fish-tail gown.

Only a supermodel can walk tall in such an exquisite gown.

A black McQueen clutch and a silver bracelet completed her look.

The Brazil Foundation’s 8th Annual Gala – Gisele Bundchen In Calvin Klein

Gisele Bundchen attended the Brazil Foundation Annual Gala Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City last night.

The supermodel wore a custom burgundy Calvin Klein beaded halter dress.

Her gown is outstanding, Mr. Costa should take a bow.

It’s so refreshing to not see Gisele wearing another Herve Leger dress.

Gisele looks really good in this dress, but that’s her job, so excuse me if I don’t jump up and down about this.

The great thing is Gisele’s dress was auctioned off raising $50,000. All of the proceeds will go to support the Brazil Foundation.
