Red Carpet Fashion Awards

On such a big night for Emma Watson at the “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2″ World Premiere, she topped it off perfectly with some Elie Saab magic.

The actress did a swift quick change for the after-party into an Elie Saab Spring 2011 Couture mini dress.

Her stone toned fully embroidered, boat neck cocktail dress with grosgrain belt was paired with matching Giuseppe Zanotti satin double platform peep-toes.

Let’s hope she has more where this came from, as the New York Premiere is in 4 days.

Both of her looks tonight are BDOTW worthy.

So who would you pick?

Oscar or Elie?

I was stunned when I saw the pictures of Emma Watson at the “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2″ World Premiere, which is taking place in Trafalgar Square, London tonight.

It’s a big budget movie, the world is watching so she opted to big, and they don’t come much bigger than an Oscar de la Renta ballgown.

I was expecting another mini dress, but she looked breath-taking wearing an Oscar de la Renta sand tulle sleeveless gown with embroidered bodice and full skirt from the Fall 2011 collection.

This choice was so unexpected that I’m totally wowed by it. She appears to be having an absolute blast on the red carpet.

Emma Watson and the cast of “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2,” attended a photocall for the movie at St Pancras station in London on Wednesday.

Emma stood out wearing a Rafael Lopez mini dress with her new darker hair colour.

Thankfully she’s ditch the blonde hair colour she sported at the MTV Movie Awards.

After feeling quite lukewarm to recent red carpet looks, I adore Emma’s gorgeous black chic mini dress with a gold bodice, black lace overlay, plus tulle ruffled details on the skirt and shoulders.

A black patent leather waistband and Chanel black pumps completed the look.

This is Emma back to her glorious best.

As this was a daytime event and she didn’t want to appear to be too dressy in comparison to her co-stars in jeans and khaki pants, I understand her decision to wear simple shoes.

With that in mind I’m praying for better shoes at the London Premiere on Thursday night.

If the name Rafael Lopez sounds familiar, that’s because Emma wore the same designer to the Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 London Premiere which you guys not only voted BDOTW, but you also voted it the 4th BDOTY on the Reader’ Choice list.

Rafael Lopez is sold at Atelier-Mayer in London.

Emma Watson graces two covers of the August 2011 issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK.

The magazine is set to hit newsstands on July 7, which is the same day as the “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ London Premiere.

Alexi Lubomirski shot the actress looking angelic in YSL and look evil in Emilio Pucci for the “Good girl versus Bad girl shoot.”

In her interview Emma sets the record straight about her decision to leave Brown University. She also talks about fashion and being a good girl growing up.

You can see more of Emma in Harper’s Bazaar here, but here are some extracts from her interview:

On Hollywood life: “LA scares the crap out of me. I feel if I have to work out four hours a day, and count the calories of everything I put in my mouth, and have Botox at 22, and obsess about how I look the whole time, I will go mad, I will absolutely lose it” Read more…

When I saw this picture of Emma Watson yesterday on the cover American Vogue’s July 2011 issue, I honestly didn’t recognise her.

After reading who it was, I showed it to my sister covering the name. When I asked her who it was she got it in one with no hesitation.

Maybe I’m so used to the ‘Hermione Granger’ Emma Watson, that I can’t see past the rouge lips, slick back hair and Prada Fall 2011 paillette covered dress.

The star works a Fall 2011 in her editorial featuring Tom Ford, Aquilano.Rimondi, Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana.

This summer Emma will say goodbye to Hermione forever when “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2,” is released in July, but Emma officially said goodbye to Hermione when she cut her hair short.

Emma talks to Vogue about finding herself after Harry Potter and balancing work and educations.

Here are some extracts from her interview, followed by her breath-taking editorial shot by Mario Testino.

On experimenting in the Harry Potter makeup trailer: “That was my playground. I would sit and play with lipsticks, foundations, and eye shadows; and every now and then [head of makeup, Amanda Knight] would let me do the extras’ face paint for the Quidditch matches.” Read more…

Emma Watson appears to be the only star who changed into a second look for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards after-party at the SoHo House in West Hollywood last night.

She wore her second Marchesa look of the night to the party.

This time opting for a lime Notte by Marchesa silk and organza dress with ruffle detail.

If Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig are offering you 2 dresses, you’d be crazy to say no, right?

But I think I would’ve preferred this look for the red carpet.

It has a younger, fresher feel plus I love the orange lipshade.

Gold accessories including Ferragamo pumps and a Daniela Villegas ring completed her look.

Which look did you prefer?

Red Carpet or After-Party?
