Dita von Teese In Elie Saab Couture – ‘Cleopatra’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Dita von Teese In Elie Saab Couture - 'Cleopatra' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

We’ve seen Dita Von Teese attend several events in and around Cannes Film Festival, but this evening she finally took to the red carpet for the ‘Cleopatra’ premiere.

The burlesque star gives us yet another look at the Elie Saab Spring 2013 collection on the red carpet at this festival, selecting a coral red lace three-quarter length sleeve frock with shimmering embroidered details.

More touches of red via her satin Louboutin pumps, a minaudière and signature lips and nails were to be had, with her hair teased to perfection in her favoured retro ‘do.

I’m glad Miss Teese is laying of the black for a while at least.

Dita von Teese In Dolce & Gabbana – Cointreau & Nikki Beach Present Dita von Teese

Dita von Teese In Dolce & Gabbana - Cointreau & Nikki Beach Present Dita Von Teese

Dita Von Teese was the undeniable femme fatale at the Cointreau and Nikki Beach Present Dita Von Teese event, hosted during the Cannes Film Festival at Boulevard de la Croisette on Monday.

The entertainer and Cointreau ambassadress may favour the colour black. But she can also play the queen of crimson, as seen with this Dolce & Gabbana stunner.

The see-through red lace gown, worn over a matching bodysuit, was a veritable show-stopper—and a bit of a tease, just like Dita. It was all tied up with a rose-gold satin sash, which was the perfect bow on top to temper the sartorial sizzle.

If there’s anyone who can flaunt one of the hottest trends-of-the-moment—sheer—it’s this burlesque beauty.

Her signature jet-black, retro waves and red pout added another layer of sophisticated sultriness.

This was old Hollywood glamour, sparked with modern sex appeal, done to the max. Talk about the ultimate lady in red.

Dita von Teese In Alexis Mabille Couture – ‘Global Gift Gala’ 2013

Dita von Teese In Alexis Mabille Couture - 'Global Gift Gala' 2013

Dita von Tesse attended the ‘Global Gift Gala’ 2013 held at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, France on Sunday evening.

She joined Berenice Bejo by selecting a look from the Alexis Mabile Spring 2013 Couture collection for her red carpet look.

Working her favoured colour, black, the burlesque star wore a double-breasted smoking dress with a satin shawl collar, belt and ellipse cut-out skirt.

Black accessories with signature pops of red completed her look.

Are you tired of this predictable look, or do you love that Dita continues to work this tried and tested red carpet formula?

Vogue and MAC Cosmetics Dinner Party

Vogue and MAC Cosmetics Dinner Party

Many more stars attended the Vogue and MAC Cosmetics dinner hosted by Lisa Love and John Demsey in honour of Prabal Gurung at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California on Monday alongside Diane Kruger, Zoe Saldana and Jaime King.

Cody Horn: The ‘Magic Mike’ actress opted for a luxe tapestry pencil skirt with a matching short-sleeved top with black sleeves and a ruffled peplum. The black ankle boots wouldn’t have been my first choice with this look; however, Prabal Gurung looks and edgy accessories go hand in hand.

Hailee Steinfeld: The teen actress selected a navy silk dress featuring an embellished bib, which she styled with a black clutch and ecru Coach ‘Leighann’ sandals. You may remember her first Prabal Gurung moment was at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards.

Jena Malone: The indie actress opted for a decorative Prabal Gurung black-and-white frock paired with clear pvc heels with a black ankle strap. Had they not featured a visible ankle strap, it would’ve looked like she was barefooted.

Dita von Teese In John Galliano – International Beauty Show

Dita von Teese In John Galliano - International Beauty Show

Dita von Teese was a vision of perfection as she was spotted headed to the International Beauty Show held at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City on Sunday.

I was convinced she was wearing Dior, but she was actually wearing John Galliano.

She looked so very elegant wearing a John Galliano Spring 1995 micro-checked dress.

The vintage creation, with a bow detail on the shoulder and gathered, cascading detail on the hip, was styled with Fratelli Orsini black leather gloves, a black Analeena clutch, Moschino cat-eye sunglasses and Christian Louboutin pumps.

Looking like a sultry screen siren, this look ranks highly in her all-time best-ever looks.

I couldn’t find a runway picture, however you can see the dress in motion in the video below at point 0.43.
