‘Widows’ New York Special Screening & BUILD Series

'Widows' New York Special Screening & BUILD Series

Fashionable ladies joined Cynthia Erivo at the ‘Widows’ New York special screening on Sunday (November 11) followed by the BUILD Series on Monday (November 12).

Michelle Rodriguez: The actress brought sultry sophistication in Jill Stuart to the screening. The deep pink heels increase the feminine romance of the off-the-shoulder style considerably.

Viola Davis: Deviating slightly from the night’s black theme, she added some sumptuousness to the sensual sheer black outfit with the blue blazer. It’s a shame the tailoring brings it down because the top half seems a tad tight and the trousers too long.

Elizabeth Debicki: She looked like a tall drink of water in Giorgio Armani with Malone Souliers ‘Penelope’ pumps. It might not be the most memorable, but it oozed restrained elegance.

Ellise Chappell In Theory – British Academy Television Awards Nominees’ Party

Ellise Chappell was back on the red carpet for the TV BAFTA nominees’ party held at the Mondrian London on Thursday (April 19).

The ‘Poldark’ actress wore a lava-red Theory suit which appears to have been influenced by Savile Row tailoring.

It’s beautifully cut in a long, lean shape, sharpened by structured shoulders and notch lapels.

The sophistication extended to her accessories which included black Louboutin pumps and a deeper red Arran Frances bag.

Allison Williams In Theory & Khaite – International Women’s Day Celebration

Allison Williams joined Maggie Gyllenhaal for the ‘Be Bold For Change, One Step At A Time’ event to celebrate International Women’s Day on Thursday (March 8) in New York City.

The actress opted to make a statement supporting the cause with a ‘Be Heard’ tee which was part of the Theory x Lola Box set.

An orange Khaite skirt, denim jacket and white sneakers, keeps the look simple, clean-lined and grounded.

On Set With Keira Knightley Wearing Zadig et Voltaire & Theory

Keira Knightley was captured on set shooting ‘Love Actually’s’ Comic Relief reboot with the supremely handsome Chiwetel Ejiofor this week.

We’re used to seeing the British actress wearing the likes of Chanel, Valentino and Rodarte, but here, comfy loungewear was the order of the day.

Loungewear doesn’t have to be sweat pants and a tee shirt, the look can be stylish, sensual and sophisticated.

Keira’s Zadig et Voltaire ‘Baly Bis’ sweater and Theory scarf print trouser combo certainly delivers on all those points; plus provide supreme comfort.

I love how the ‘Love’ logo top cheekily makes reference to the original movie, and how the loose and languid feel her trousers aligns with the current pyjamas-as-daywear trend.

Dakota Fanning In Theory – IWC Schaffhausen’s ‘For the Love of Cinema’ Dinner

Dakota Fanning In Theory - IWC Schaffhausen's 'For the Love of Cinema' Dinner

Dakota Fanning attended the IWC Schaffhausen third annual ‘For the Love of Cinema’ dinner, during Tribeca Film Festival at Spring Studios, on Thursday (April 16) in New York City.

Carving out quiet sophistication with refined poise, the actress wore a Theory ‘Lilita’ blue suede pinafore dress from the Spring 2015 collection.

Plain yet striking in its criss-cross open-back design, I love how this look was imbued with a hint of cool-girl charm via her patent leather blue Proenza Schouler clutch, metallic silver sandals and feline eyes.

Sarah Jessica Parker In Theory – The Late Show With David Letterman

Sarah Jessica Parker In Theory - The Late Show With David Letterman
Sarah Jessica Parker made an appearance on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ on Monday (April 13) in New York City.

The actress wore a Theory ‘Vintan’ jumpsuit from the Spring 2015 collection in a deep forest-green hue.

I love the relaxed simplicity and loose silhouette of the look, to which she added her own SJP signature flair via a lighter jade-green blazer, statement necklaces, and her eponymous SJP heels.

A book, which appeared to be Eimear McBride’s ‘A Girl is a Half-formed Thing,’ was her final accessory piece.
