2019 Golden Globe Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features 2019 Golden Globe Awards

As you know we always do a final sweep of the red carpet before we close an event. Here are the gorgeous ladies we just had to feature from the 2019 Golden Globe Awards.

Olivia Colman: Grossly underrated, the British actress collected her Best Actress – Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for ‘The Favorite’ wearing Stella McCartney. Her split sleeves dress isn’t groundbreaking, but it was perfectly suited to her laidback, no-fuss style, with a touch of embellishment to mark the glamorous occasion. David Morris jewelry completed her look.

Marina de Tavira: The ‘Roma’ star stays firmly on my one-to-watch list with this gorgeous iridescent Vivienne Westwood Couture gown. I’m not sure this one will go down well with the majority thanks to the sheerness of the skirt, but this gets a thumbs up from me. Irene Neuwirth jewels completed her look.

Alyssa Milano In Pamella Roland – 14th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball 2018

Alyssa Milano In Pamella Roland - 14th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball 2018

It was family night for the Bugliari-Milano’s at 14th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball 2018 on Tuesday (November 27) in New York City.

The actress looked so graceful wearing a Pamella Roland Fall 2018 off-the-shoulder gown, which is one of her best looks to-date.

I’m not just saying that because I’ll pretty much love anything with a cape, more so the glamour and elegance the look imbues along with the effortless styling with a velvet Tyler Ellis clutch and APM Monaco jewels.

Alyssa Milano In Marchesa Notte – Netflix’s ‘Insatiable’ Season 1 Premiere

Alyssa Milano In Marchesa - Netflix’s ‘Insatiable’ Season 1 Premiere

Alyssa Milano joined Debby Ryan for the Netflix’s ‘Insatiable’ season 1 premiere on Thursday (August 9) in Hollywood, California.

Her promo tour looks were met with a lukewarm response from you, but she fared much better at the premiere.

With or without the keyhole, this burgundy Marchesa Notte Fall 2018 gown is stunning.

I love the how the ombre effect brings about a lightness to the look, and how she complements the embellishments with her jewels.

Did Alyssa save the best look until last?

Alyssa Milano In Prabal Gurung, Elisabetta Franchi & Bibhu Mohapatra – ‘Insatiable’ Promo Tour

Alyssa Milano In Prabal Gurung - 'Insatiable' Promo Tour

Alyssa Milano has been busy promoting Netflix’s ‘Insatiable’ this week, and it’s been apparent that’s she’s not afraid of colour or prints.

SiriusXM: On Tuesday, the actress wore a Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2018 dress. Despite suffering from creases on the car ride over, this was easily my favourite of the three looks for its modernity and summery vibe. Halston shoes completed her look.

7th Biennial UNICEF Ball

A trio of ladies turned out for the 7th Biennial UNICEF Ball was held on Saturday (April 14) in Beverly Hills, California.

Alyssa Milano: While I do think the actress introduced an element of glamour with her all-over sequined Landero gown and classic-red lip, I was missing a bit more definition through the waistline to further enhance the proportions of the dress.

Salma Hayek: The royal-purple hue of this Gucci gown was beguiling, with the belt enhancing the ruched waistline. However, the dress may have suffered in execution across the bust line with her bra situation—and I do wish her hair was worn off her shoulders to further celebrate the embellishment.

Molly Sims: Literally bringing the star power to the evening, the model-actress sparkled in a Rani Zakhem Fall 2017 Couture gown. While the star motif may have been a bit trite, my bigger issue with the look was that the sheer sleeves seemed a bit too droopy and I was left wishing for a sleeker finish.

Alyssa Milano In Peter Pilotto – 2014 March of Dimes Celebration of Babies Benefit

Alyssa Milano In Peter Pilotto - 2014 March of Dimes Celebration of Babies Benefit

Alyssa Milano attended the 2014 March of Dimes Celebration of Babies benefit at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Friday (December 5) in Beverly Hills, California.

The ‘Mistresses’ actress wore a Peter Pilotto Fall 2014 precisely tailored dress cast in a rich red palette with colour-blocked detailing. The contemporary design featuring folded detailing at the bodice, a nipped waist and a flared midi-length skirt was once again let down by the styling.

White pumps have no business being anywhere near this dress.

It pulls down what could’ve been a good look for Alyssa.
