Allison Williams In Monse – 1st Annual Criminal Justice Reform Summit

Allison Williams In Monse - 1st Annual Criminal Justice Reform Summit

Allison Williams has me salivating over her latest look worn to the 1st Annual Criminal Justice Reform Summit on Wednesday (November 14) in West Hollywood, California.

Monse are known to take tailoring out of its traditional confines and deliver experimental renditions of classic pieces like this suit.

From the 3/4 length turn up on the blazer sleeves, to the trousers forming a deconstructed asymmetrical layer, this look from the Fall 2018 collection has heritage at its very core.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Sharon’ platform shoes complete her look.

I wish she would have worn the blazer properly instead of letting it hang on her shoulders. But against my better judgment, I like this look.

I dont hate this, but it’s a lot of fabric on her small frame and it is overwhelming.

This is a mess. Monse is a line that has to taken in small doses The pants alone without the jacket would have been interesting. The jacket and shirt with slim cut pants might have worked. The jacket and the pants together are overwhelming and not in a good way.

      I really dislike this mess.
