Christian Dior Spring 2017 Couture Front Row

The Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring 2017 show was hosted as part of Paris Fashion Week on Monday (January 23), where a range of Dior-clad beauties were in attendance—all dressed consistently in varying interpretations of black and white.

Kirsten Dunst: The darkness of this look, defined by a Dior black wool and silk crepe coat dress, was set off by the delicate whimsy of the Dior black silk embroidered skirt peeking through at the bottom. The actress also wore Dior heels alongside an embellished Dior clutch while bringing another layer of classic allure via her true red lip.

Diane Kruger: The corseted waist and full, billowing skirt of this Dior Haute Couture black silk crepe dress with pleated underskirt created a modern interpretation of Christian Dior’s ‘New Look’ silhouette from the ’40s. The actress’s elegantly modern entrance was completed by Dior bow-accented heels, a Dior clutch, and a Dior choker necklace.

Rooney Mara In Chanel Couture – Chanel Metiers d’Art 2015/16 Fashion Show

Rooney Mara In Chanel Couture - Chanel Metiers d’Art 201516 Fashion Show

Rooney Mara joined Kristen Stewart in the front row for the Chanel Metiers d’Art 2015/16 Fashion Show at Cinecitta on Tuesday (December 1) in Rome, Italy.

The actress wore a pale pink Chanel Fall 2015 Couture dress styled with black Chanel pumps and Chanel Fine Jewelry.

I’m sure you’re also wishing that Rooney had opted for the blue version. It would’ve been such a refreshing change of pace.

As it stands she’s done the pale dress/black pumps combo so many time that her looks are merging into one.

Kristen Stewart attended the Chanel Metiers d’Art 2015/16 Fashion Show at Cinecitta on Tuesday (December 1) in Rome, Italy.

Sporting a new longer hairstyle, the actress donned a Chanel Spring 2016 two piece look opting not to wear the skirt overlay.

While I love the embellished jacket and the overall sleek styling of this uber cool look, I wish she had opted for high-waist leather trousers.

Louis Vuitton Spring 2016 Front Row

Louis Vuitton presented its Spring 2016 collection during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday (October 7) in Paris, France.

Michelle Williams: Having dabbled with a few of the edgier pieces from Nicolas Ghesquière’s Louis Vuitton collection, the actress kept her look simple and chic on this occasion.

Miranda Kerr: While I can’t say there is anything wrong with this Louis Vuitton look on Miranda, I also find it quite contrived. I will always applaud those who step outside their comfort zone, but I don’t buy this on Miranda. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley could’ve sold this to me.

Alicia Vikander: The Swedish actress is by far my favourite LV ambassador. I don’t think I’ve really disliked one of her red carpet outings for the French brand. However, this secretary style feels like it’s aimed at someone much older.

Chanel presented their Spring 2016 collection during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday (October 6) in Paris, France.

Kaya Scodelario: Following her Chanel disaster at the ‘Maze Runner: Scorch’ premiere recently, the brand offered her a sweet, less complicated piece from the Resort 2016 collection. Ankles up she fared much better.

Maria Sharapova: While I have no complaints about the cosy knit Chanel Fall 2015 dress, the styling is a horrendous.

Janelle Monae: Thank god for Janelle, who was serving up totally class and elegance in the front row wearing a look from the Fall 2015 collection. I’m glad Kaya was on hand to witness this first hand, because this is how you style and master and Chanel look. BDOTW-worthy.

Christian Dior Spring 2016 Front Row

Christian Dior Spring 2016 Front Row

The Christian Dior Spring 2016 front row featured no shortage of Dior darlings who were taking in the looks that were presented during Paris Fashion Week on Friday (October 3) in Paris, France.

Elizabeth Olsen: Chic for days, the ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ actress was the very representation of androgynous allure in a Dior Haute Couture black cashmere jacket with black wool pants paired with a Dior clutch and Dior heels. Although the sleeves could be deemed a bit on the long side, the oversized shawl collar and the monochromatic power of this minimalist moment—not to mention the breezily undone look of her blonde locks—won me over.

Emilia Clarke
: Also balancing the masculine-feminine line, the ‘Game of Thrones’ stunned in a Dior black silk and wool cadi dress that had the makings of a tailored blazer. What could have been a rather nondescript dress Emila took to the next level with the welcome punch of Dior navy and pink heels and that just-bitten, berry-stained lip.

Leelee Sobieski: Straying away from the black trend, Leelee channeled the lighter side in a Dior Haute Couture hand-painted, pastel cotton dress with a Dior Haute Couture necklace and shoes. Ironically, the effect was still rather heavy given the strict, monastic-like silhouette. Yet, she wore it with a sense of drama that certainly brought its own measure of captivating intrigue.
