Diane Kruger In Roberto Cavalli – Montblanc & UNICEF Gala Dinner

Following her disappointing menswear-inspired look from the day before, Diane Kruger was back on the red carpet for the Montblanc & UNICEF gala dinner on Monday (April 3) in New York City.

While I like how the Roberto Cavalli Fall 2017 look marries sultry and sophisticated elements exquisitely, I’m not entirely excited about it on Diane. And I want to be.

That intangible quality which stood her head and shoulders above all others feels like it’s M.I.A.

Montblanc jewels and a Lee Savage pink clutch accessorized her look.

Lily Aldridge In Roberto Cavalli – Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards

Lily Aldridge swept down the red carpet at Sunset Tower Hotel on Sunday (April 2) in West Hollywood, California, for the Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards.

Roberto Cavalli and animal prints have always gone hand-in-hand, however, Lily opted for the gunmetal grey version of the Spring 2017 halter, which feels like the safe, yet sensible option as I’m yet to see patchwork animal prints have a successful red carpet outing.

Do you think Lily could’ve pulled off the runway version?

Evan Rachel Wood In Roberto Cavalli – PaleyFest Los Angeles: ‘Westworld’

Evan Rachel Wood’s suited-and-pumped run continued during the PaleyFest Los Angeles event for ‘Westworld’ on Saturday (March 25) in Hollywood, California.

I did enjoy her run during awards season as there was so much variety, however, this Roberto Cavalli suit failed to excite.

Even with the ruffled shirt and intricate details, the look is totally underwhelming and a bit drab.

Perhaps it’s the colour or perhaps I’m yearning for her to mix things up.

Thoughts?

Halston Sage In Roberto Cavalli – ‘Before I Fall’ LA Premiere

Halston Sage joined Zoey Deutch for the LA premiere of ‘Before I Fall’ in LA on Wednesday (March 1).

The actress wore beautiful black velvet Roberto Cavalli Pre-Fall 2016 gown which read way too old for her – especially when stood alongside her co-star wearing a vivacious, modern McQueen frock.

It’s good that she can experiment with different looks to continue to evolve her style, but I’m not a fan of this direction.

2017 Oscar Parties Model Roundup

More models were also spotted at the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party and Elton John’s AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (February 26). Here is a snapshot of looks they strutted out.

Karlie Kloss: While her Naeem Khan Fall 2017 gown stayed true to her minimalist red-carpet M.O., the sparkle of embellishment and a seductive thigh-high side slit brought it to life. She styled the look with a Roger Vivier Envelope Flowers clutch. I actually much preferred this look to her first.

Joan Smalls: I would argue that the enticing, dark sapphire hue and the precision-cut sharpness of this Brandon Maxwell Spring 2017 top and skirt didn’t need the multi-hued choker or the magenta eye makeup.

Jasmine Tookes: With a sexy spin on a classic, one-shoulder gown, the model wore a black Thai Nguyen Atelier Fall/Winter 2017 sheer gown dripping in fringed embellishment and styled with Stuart Weitzman ‘Goforth’ sandals.

Kate Hudson In Cavalli Couture – 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Kate Hudson attended the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday night (February 26).

The actress wore a champagne-colored lace Cavalli Couture gown with diamond jewels and a copper-toned clutch.

I really want to like this look, I do, but somehow the proportions just strike me wrong. The lace tiering is beautiful, but along with the ultra low neckline, it just seems a bit off to me.

Her fresh-faced makeup and textured French twist are stunning and well-suited to the gown, but they just can’t redeem what doesn’t sit right with me.

What do you think–am I crazy, or is this just not doing it for you, either?
