Jessica Chastain In Armani Privé – Cannes Film Festival 70th Anniversary Celebration

Diane, Marion, Aishwarya, Elle and Nicole have all had a major moment during the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.

I’m happy to announce the wait for Jessica Chastain’s is finally over as she looked outstanding tonight at the 70th anniversary celebration of the festival in Armani Privé this evening, as she channeled a glamorous ’50s-style look.

I liveeee for a movie star moment, and this golden gown fit to perfection for our golden girl.

Even her pose is saying “eat your heart out”, and I will after putting up all these looks.

Marion Cotillard In Armani Privé – Cannes Film 70th Anniversary Celebration

The 70th anniversary celebration of Cannes Film Festival served as yet another fashion milestone for Marion Cotillard.

It’s clear there has been a shift, and one – many of you would say – has been for the better – and it would be hard not to agree when she’s looking breath-taking Armani Privé this evening.

The look is so sleek, so modern and so far away from what she has been serving up the last couple of years, it’s like watching her fashion rebirth.

I’m so excited we are seeing the real Marion now.

Sara Sampaio In Armani Privé – ‘120 Beats Per Minute’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Sara Sampaio also opted out of wearing a big gown tonight (May 20) for the ‘120 Beats Per Minute (120 Battements Par Minute)’ premiere during the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.

Sparkling in a Armani Prive Spring 2016 one-piece, she was the perfect vision of modern femininity.

I love how the high ruffled neckline adds some dramatic effect as the cut offered simpler lines.

The white shoes didn’t work here for me on account of being too stark in contrast, but I love the look nonetheless.

Paz Vega In Armani Privé – ‘120 Beats Per Minute’ Cannes Film Festival

Paz Vega attended the ‘120 Beats Per Minute (120 Battements Par Minute)’ premiere during the 2017 Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 20).

Head to heels glamour doesn’t come much more dazzling than this Armani Prive gown.

Paz often goes for the big gowns for the big occasions – her Goya gowns are testament to that – however, I can equally appreciate laidback elegance as presented here.

Viola Davis In Armani Prive – 2017 Time 100 Gala

Viola Davis took my breath away at the 2017 Time 100 Gala on Tuesday (April 25) in New York City.

Once again this mostly due to how radiant she always looks in jewels tones.

This purple hue is particularly hypnotic highlighted by a folded one shoulder neckline and a column skirt with effortless draping this Armani Prive gown gives Viola a red carpet moment fit for royalty – and what a beautiful queen she is.

Anne Hathaway In Armani Privé – ‘Colossal’ New York Premiere

Anne Hathaway made her first red carpet appearance in 2017 for her new film ‘Colossal’, which premiered in New York City on Monday (March 28).

The actress wore a vintage Armani Privé Spring 2006 gown featuring an embroidered pleated tulle and crinoline fan detail which might be a deal breaker for some, but I was blown away by the sculptural elegance.

This is Couture in its most finest form. Anne took a risk, and it definitely paid off. I would take this over a samey Maria Lucia Hohan gown any day.

The look was styled with an Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch and an elegant updo.

Like Emma Watson, Anne’s tour for ‘Colossal’ will be either sustainable, vintage or archival runway looks.

I’m hoping to see some pieces from the Pierre Balmain, Balenciaga, Valentino, Christian Lacroix, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Dior and Alexander McQueen.

Katy Perry In Jean Paul Gaultier & Emma Roberts In Armani Privé – 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

On a night of what feels like a thousand dresses, you can forgive us for missing out one or two.

Here are the looks we shamefully missed from Katy Perry and Emma Roberts.

Katy Perry: The one thing you can’t predict is what style direction Katy is going to take, which makes her so fascinating to watch. On this occasion she went down the refreshingly grownup route donning a dynamic Jean Paul Gautier bronze gown that despite its many interesting elements didn’t feel overworked. Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira jewels plus a Jimmy Choo ‘Carmen’clutch and sandals in a deeper shade of bronze completed one of her best looks to date. Beyond stunning.

Emma Roberts: Donning her second Armani Privé gown of the night, Miss Roberts went into Mr. Armani’s archives selecting a gorgeous nude and pale green gown which hails from the designers second Armani Privé collection. At first I thought this was a printed dress but on closer inspection the dress is actually encrusted with crystals. I can only imagine how breath-taking it was in person.
