Britt Robertson In Fendi – ‘Girlboss’ LA Premiere

Britt Robertson joined Sophia Amoruso for the premiere of Netflix’s’ ‘Girlboss’ on Monday (April 17) in Hollywood, California.

The young actress wore a fanciful Fendi Spring 2017 dress, however, I found myself preferring the shorter runway version.

Not only because it has a more playful feel, but also because the outer pockets don’t appear to be so random.

Runway or red carpet? Which version do you prefer?

Jennifer Hudson In Brandon Maxwell – The Late Show With Stephen Colbert

Following her bright appearance on Good Morning America, Jennifer Hudson was spotted at the Ed Sullivan Theater on Monday (April 17) for her guest appearance on ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ in New York City.

Her second look of the day came courtesy of Brandon Maxwell.

This velvet Fall 2017 look is beautiful; showcasing what beautiful legs she has, but it’s a tad too short for a TV show where she’ll be seated. No?

And did she forget that it’s Spring?

Gorgeous, yet doesn’t feel quite right.

Sophia Amoruso In Gucci – ‘Girlboss’ LA Premiere

As executive producer, Sophia Amoruso attended the premiere of Netflix’s’ ‘Girlboss’ on Monday (April 17) in Hollywood, California.

I wasn’t surprised to see her don this overtly eighties-inspired Gucci Spring 2017 dress, considering her roots are deeply sent in vintage clothing.

I love the striking colour which is bolstered by the asymmetric silhouette and punctuated with pretty blossoms alongside an origami flower embellishment.

Teamed with Gucci pretty pink heels this is easily one of my favourite looks of the current season.

The new 13-episode comedy series was inspired by Sophia Amoruso’s popular autobiography of the same title and is set to premiere on Netflix’ in the US on April 21.

You may remember that Emma Stone wore this same dress back in January.

Anne Hathaway In Vintage – Good Morning America

Anne Hathaway continued promotions for her new film, ‘Colossal’, at ‘Good Morning America’ on Monday (April 17) in New York City.

As her fashion for this promo tour is dedicated to only sustainable, vintage, or archival looks, she took this morning to show off a vintage flea-market frock that was nothing short of a style steal at $15.

The vibrant floral motif throughout was a bright way to start the day, with a vintage Gucci belt a necessary addition to cinch in the waist of the loose dress.

I’m glad she opted to wear cherry-red Christian Louboutin pumps, as they really tied the look together with a sleeker edge.

Gwen Stefani In Self-Portrait – Easter Church Service

Gwen Stefani was spotted out in LA bringing her unique style to Easter service on Sunday (April 16).

Decked out in pure white, Gwen wore a Self-Portrait Resort 2017 dress which exudes classical femininity within a contemporary design.

I have never been a fan of white tights and I often have an aversion to black pumps, however, Gwen’s is selling this look to me in its entirety.

Jennifer Hudson In Gucci – Good Morning America

Following her win with Mo Adeniran on ‘The Voice UK’, Jennifer Hudson was back stateside making an appearance on ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’ in Times Square on Monday (April 17) in New York City.

I love how her Gucci SS17 dress depicts a stunning array of colourful flowers and is full of vibrant energy and feminine flare – thanks to the ruffles – with the simple black sandals complimenting rather than competing with the busy dress.

A flash of electric-blue eye makeup didn’t go unnoticed or under-appreciated.

Just a shame about the creases.

Candy Crush x Moschino Coachella Party

Coachella is never lacking in revelry and festivities, but the Candy Crush x Moschino Desert Party on Saturday (April 15) was one for the books. Hosted by Moschino designer Jeremy Scott, the fancifully colouful fete served to introduce his latest capsule collection with the addictive mobile game.

Katy Perry: Naturally, Jeremy Scott’s good friend Katy Perry would be in attendance—and dressed for the occasion. Rocking an even shorter platinum pixie, she wore a cropped version of a colourful Moschino Fall 2017 neon fur coat that must have been quite hot. No matter, she kept her cool with a metallic Moschino sports bra underneath and lime-green sunnies.

Serayah McNeill: Like Katy, Serayah also found inspiration in a jacket piece, hers a long, crochet number from the Moschino Fall 2017 collection. While her black and white bra top, orange shorts, and handbag were well-coordinated, the same cannot exactly be said for those furry flatforms that stuck out for all the wrong reasons.

Charli XCX: Looking every bit like she could run a post-party marathon in this Moschino look, the entertainer kept it brief in hot pants and a crop top, strewn with word art and messaging. Neon Nike sneakers drove home the athletic appeal.
