Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Miranda Kerr was the first to be spotted wearing this star-print Equipment shirt whilst running errands in New York City with her cute puppy.

The model looked uber-chic strolling the streets of Manhattan teaming her blouse with navy cropped pants, Lanvin pumps and a Celine bag.

Jennifer Hudson wore the same shirt recently for her guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’.

The singer opted to wear a top under her sheer blouse which she teamed with black pants.

Giuseppe Zanotti jewel-tasseled loafers completed her look.

Many of you didn’t like the fact that Miranda didn’t line her sheer blouse, but she wins for me.

When it comes to street-style she always comes out on top.

Summer has officially begun, yet some celebs are donning LBDs and heavy velvet dresses on the red carpet.

Thankfully we have Miranda Kerr to look to for summer inspiration.

Over the past few days the Victoria’s Secret model has been showcasing her perfect pins on the streets of Manhattan with three different types of shorts.

From mixing Stella McCartney paisley-prints with an Equipment shirt to blooming in Étoile Isabel Marant floral prints to tie-dye Isabel Marant denim shorts paired with a sheer blouse and floral pumps, I want every piece of Miranda’s summer street-chic closet now.

The model accessorized her looks with Miu Miu ‘Culte’ sunglasses, strappy sandals, a cool sun hat and a Celine bag.

I’m torn between the Stella McCartney shorts and the…oh hell I love them all equally.

Back in November, Miranda Kerr opted to wear something sporty, modern and futuristic yet still lady-like when she attended the Museum of Modern Art’s 4th Annual Film Benefit, ‘A Tribute To Pedro Almodovar’ in New York City.

Donning a Peter Pilotto Spring 2012 dress, she stood out from all the other celebs wearing Chanel at this event.

Lacquered locks, Nicholas Kirkwood heels, a Chanel clutch and red lippie completed her look.

Anna Dello Russo’s whole existence is based on standing out.

The street-style star was pretty uninspiring last season, but she was back to her best as she was spotted arriving at the Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2013 runway show during Milan Menswear Fashion Week on Saturday afternoon wearing the same Peter Pilotto dress.

She styled her look with a Prada clutch, cool blue aviators, Manolo Blahnik heels, CA&LOU bracelets and earrings from her self-designed H&M collection.

Whilst I have to say, begrudgingly, that I do love this look on Anna, I prefer Miranda’s Nicholas Kirkwood heels with this dress so she wins for me.

Following her stylish departure from LAX on Tuesday, Miranda Kerr was spotted out with her adorable dog in New York City on Wednesday afternoon.

The model wore a stylish Equipment navy-and-white star-print sheer blouse with dark blue skinny jeans.

Miranda accessorised with a black leather Celine tote with zipper seams, nude Lanvin pumps and Prada cat-eye sunglasses to complete her street-style look.

Even the most simple pieces when put together by Miranda look so chic.

What is her secret?

Miranda Kerr was spotted arriving at LAX Airport earlier today.

As you know I’m slightly obsessed with her street-style. Her only real challenger in that department is Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

She wore a look which is super comfortable for long-haul travel.

A chic black blazer was styled with a white racerback tank top and Joie ‘Ayrn’ ikat pants.

The blue-and-white pants were complemented with a YSL ‘Cabas Chyc’ large leather East West Bag.

Stella McCartney’s printed ‘Eco- Friendly’ sunglasses, a perfect rouge pout and taupe open-toe sandals completed her look.

The 2012 Women Of Style Awards hosted by InStyle Australia was held at the Carriage Works earlier today in Sydney, Australia.

Miranda Kerr: The ‘Readers’ Choice’ winner stole everyone’s thunder by looking sensational wearing a Carla Zampatti gown. The pale-blue gown cut low at the back and front was styled with gold sandals and spectacular gold jewels. A red pout and simple ponytail completed her look. The day Miranda or Rosie look bad is the day the world is coming to an end.

Kate Ritchie: The former ‘Home and Away’ actress stunned once again wearing a Steven Khalil dress. The designer took a simple strapless dress and turned it on its head by adding dramatic pleats on the bodice, a half peplum and a gold metal waistband. A gold clutch and nude pumps completed her look. The only downside is her foundation which is too light for her complexion.

Lara Bingle: Sporting the same 50s French roll hairstyle Charlize Theron wore to her premiere last night, Lara wore a Romance Was Born printed polka-dot dress. Whilst Lara has great fashion connections, she never really takes ownership of what she’s wearing. She’s like a mannequin.

Erika Heynatz: The TV presenter/model wore a Ferragamo Spring 2012 colour-block red-and-raspberry look which consisted of a plunging blouse with a wrap skirt. I’m not crazy about the bow-front peep-toes, but I do love her complementary woven Ferragamo clutch. The look would’ve been perfect for me had she worn Solange Knowles two-tone Ferragamo sandals.
