Since Lindsay Lohan’s association with Emanuel Ungaro we haven’t seen much of the brand on the red carpet.

Kareena Kapoor looked lovely wearing a dress from the brand Spring 2012 collection to the photocall of her latest project, ‘Heroine’ which was held at the Phoenix Market City Mall in Mumbai last Friday.

Deciding to wear the aqua-and-black printed dress off-the-shoulder; the actress styled her look with nude Christian Louboutin pumps and a Patek Phillipe watch.

A simple ponytail and neutral makeup completed her look.

Kareena Kapoor attended the promo launch of her new film ‘Heroine’ at the Cinemax in Mumbai on Wednesday.

The actress wore an Emanuel Ungaro jumpsuit from the Spring 2012 collection and a pair of gold Jimmy Choo shoes.

I am a huge fan of Kareena’s easy elegance, which is why I expected more from her than she gave with this look.

The top of the jumpsuit has been modified to reduce the plunge. As a result the natural drape presented on the model is lost on Kareena.

She pairs the strong red of her look with a swipe of equally bright lipstick, which makes it hard to notice anything besides the plethora of red surrounding her.

While I like the way she has her hair pulled back and the small details of her belt and bracelet, I wish she had chosen a more subtle piece for the carpet.
