Jessica Biel In Versace – ‘Playing for Keeps’ New York Premiere

In an attempt to shake off the ‘boring Biel’, mumsy, matronly tag some have given the newlywed, Jessica Biel opted for a super-sexy look on the red carpet for the ‘Playing for Keeps’ New York premiere held at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater yesterday evening.

You can’t get sexier than Versace, so she selected a show-stopping teal tie-dye-print gown from their Spring 2013 collection.

The one-flowing-sleeve gown with an asymmetrical cut was styled with a gold-and-black fringe belt.

After Heidi Klum turned me off this collection, I have to say I’m glad to see Jessica back to her former glory in this gown.

She has been playing it safe for a long while now, so this look is very refreshing.

However, the modification to shorten the cut irks me, if you’re going to wear a gown like this own it as it was presented.

The quick fix looks a bit sloppy.

Tousled tresses and gold Lorraine Schwartz jewels completed her look.

Much improved or boring Biel?

Jessica Biel In Wes Gordon – The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Jessica Biel gushed about her recent nuptials to longtime partner Justin Timberlake on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday.

The actress kept it informal for the daytime talk show, wearing separates from Wes Gordon’s Fall 2012 collection.

Dressed in an amethyst sweater and patterned skirt, she extended the purple theme to her nails.

I liked the free-spiritedness of leaving her wavy hair down, though I’d like to see Jessica finally grow out that fringe.

When she first walked out on stage, we also caught a glimpse of her black Rupert Sanderson vertiginous ‘Elba’ pumps.

Jessica Biel In Michael Kors – ‘Hitchcock’ LA Premiere After-Party

Jessica Biel swapped her delicate Gucci ruffled dress for something more manageable for the ‘Hitchcock’ LA premiere after-party hosted by Fox Searchlight Pictures in Beverly Hills, California last night.

The actress’s second look of the night was a Michael Kors Spring 2013 dress.

Her playful optic-white silk-wool shantung box-pleat shift dress was styled with the same yellow-and-white Fendi clutch from the premiere and a funky pair of metallic silver sandals.

Some of you have shared that you just don’t get Jessica’s style, so how does this look fare?

I kinda wish she let her hair down.

Jessica Biel In Gucci – ‘Hitchcock’ LA Premiere

Jessica Biel failed to impress at the New York premiere of her latest movie, ‘Hitchcock’, but last night she had a chance to quickly redeem herself at the LA premiere held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, California.

She wore a black dress from the Gucci Spring 2013 collection.

Dramatic ruffles cascade from the halter neckline and along the open back of her dress, which has a central slit.

A swept up ‘do, which revealed her Jennifer Meyer earrings, and a bright yellow-and-white Fendi clutch added a pop of colour to her look.

For me this look is much improved, but she should’ve taken the hem up an inch or two.

Jessica Biel In Roland Mouret – Late Show with David Letterman

Jessica Biel made a guest appearance on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ on Monday in New York City to promote her latest movie, ‘Hitchcock’.

The newlywed actress wore a colourful Roland Mouret dress with a relaxed silhouette.

Her loosely-fitted blue-and-green short-sleeved dress with a draped neckline and folded details around the waist was styled with light-blue Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps.

The shoes stand out here, for all the right reasons. I like that they don’t exactly match her dress.

Jessica will get a second chance to try to wow us tonight at the ‘Hitchcock’ LA premiere so make sure you check back tomorrow.
