Jessica Alba In Ralph Lauren Collection – Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer

Jessica Alba In Ralph Lauren Collection - Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer

Jessica Alba attended the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event on Tuesday (January 28) in Culver City, California.

The actress wore a Ralph Lauren Collection one-of-a-kind optic-white leather scroll-and-floral dress.

Her dress is so pretty, but I’m not so enamoured by the styling.

As stressed once before, I would love to see a white dress styled with something other than black accessories.

Working a perplexing dark-berry lip with her white frock, Jessica styled her look with black Jimmy Choo ‘Tarika’ sandals, an M2Malletier ‘Mini Fabricca’ pony-hair clutch with gold hardware, and jewels courtesy of Rona Pfeiffer and EF Collection.

Yay or nay on the styling?

Jessica Alba In Blumarine – Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Jessica Alba In Blumarine - Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Jessica Alba made a guest appearance on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ on Monday (January 20), where she talked about her company, The Honest Company, before playing an intense game of ‘Double Turtleneck Ping Pong’ wearing a conjoined turtleneck with Jimmy.

The actress looked every inch a yummy mummy, donning a Blumarine Spring 2014 sheer layered polka-dot top with a white-and-black floral-and-butterfly-printed crêpe-de-chine pencil skirt.

Her sexy and chic look was styled with the most perfect pair of Casadei heels I have seen this year so far. They are not only perfectly colour co-ordinated, but they are also not pumps, which I tend to grow tired of from time to time. Nothing perks me up like sassy sandals.

A selection of gold jewels and wavy tresses completed her look.

Tory Burch Rodeo Drive Flagship Opening

Tory Burch Rodeo Drive Flagship Opening

Tory Burch hosted a party on Tuesday (January 14) to celebrate her newly opened boutique on Rodeo Drive, which is her first flagship on the West Coast.

Celebrities came to check out the new store – of course, dressed in Tory Burch pieces, mostly from the Spring 2014 collection, which will banish your winter blues.

Kiernan Shipka: The ‘Mad Men’ actress was by far my favourite at this event. She’s only 14, but I’m always inspired by her red carpet looks. On this occasion she donned a pretty floral embroidered Tory Burch Spring 2014 tunic-style top with matching pants styled with a mirrored Tory Burch minaudiere to round out her uber-chic look, which wouldn’t look out of place on the French Riviera.

Hailee Steinfeld: While I love Hailee’s Tory Burch Spring 2014 ‘Emily’ A-line embellished dress, I wish she’d opted to go sans tights, especially considering she styled the look perfectly, giving it an edge with Tory Burch mirrored ‘Sadie’ slingbacks and a ladylike top-handle bag. The beehive ‘do was a great finishing touch to her ’60s-inspired frock.

Jessica Alba: I often see Jessica wearing Tory Burch pieces in her everyday life, so I was not surprised to see her show her support. Keeping the metallic theme going, she wore a striped cropped top from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection styled with a green freckled-print single pleat skirt from the Spring 2014 collection with the celeb-favourite white pumps.

Get The Look: Jessica Alba’s Luminous People’s Choice Awards Makeup

Jessica Alba People Choice Awards MakeupThough her white, form-fitting Jason Wu dress was definitely a stunner, Jessica Alba’s gorgeous, bright skin and subtle smoky eye was definitely swoon-worthy. The unpretentious look paired with sleek hair parted down the middle, Jessica’s look gives minimalistic a totally new meaning.

Makeup artist Monika Blunder was inspired by Jason Wu’s Spring 2014 runway show, which featured clean, understated makeup looks.

For Jessica’s look, Monika started with Lancome Teint Visionnaire, smoothing out the canvas for flawless skin. She then followed up with Naked Flushed by Urban Decay and created dimension along the cheekbones and outer perimeters of the face. Next was a dusting of Lancome Blush Subtil Palette in Menage A Trois Glow, a rosy mauve coupled with a pale pink highlighter for extra radiance.

For Jessica’s eyes, Monika kept the look neutral with Lancome Color Design Eye Brightening All-In-On 5 Shadow and Liner Palette in Taupe Crauze. She blended a bit of the soft peach all over the lids to really brighten the eyes and added a hint of glitter to amp up the glam factor. Jessica’s eyes were lined with the Lancome Artliner 24H Eyeliner in Black Diamond for definition.

Her lashes were then sculpted with generous coats of Lancome Definicils Mascara.

Monika finished off the look with a swipe of Lancome Rouge in Love Lipcolor in Fall in Rose, a dazzling pink to really make her lips pop.

The end factor? A beautiful, dewy face and immaculately defined eyes–the perfect compliment to the perfect dress!

Jessica Alba In Jason Wu – 2014 People’s Choice Awards

Jessica Alba In Jason Wu - 2014 People's Choice Awards

Jessica Alba was nothing if not white-haute, as she made her way down the red carpet at the 40th annual People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday night (January 8) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California.

The actress smoldered in a Jason Wu Spring 2014 design that was anything but plain-white or ordinary.

The true drama was in the details here, as the strapless, front-zipper dress visibly traced the subtle, yet sexy lines of its corset structure and boning. It also laced up the sides for added sultry appeal.

Proving, once again, that white pumps aren’t disappearing anytime soon, her Casadei ‘Blade’ heels were actually just the right fit for this frock.

Adding even more spark to the look, Jessica carried a shiny metallic Rodo clutch and piled on the gold rings—nearly one for every finger—by Eva Fehren, Jennifer Meyer and Dionea Orcini, which only highlighted her lacquered, dark-green manicure. She also wore Jennifer Meyer earrings and an Eva Fehren bracelet.

Of course, her bronzed glow was also a major accessory—that and her super-sleek locks and a frosty pink lip that contributed a fun pop of colour.
