Jessica Alba in Narciso Rodriguez – ‘ACOD

Last night, Jessica Alba made a chic sweep through the ‘A.C.O.D. premiere at the Landmark Theater in Los Angeles, California.

The actress wore a black wool crop top and a leggy, matching mini skirt from the Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2014 collection.

She not only kept the midriff-baring trend alive, she also showed us another white-pumps moment with her embellished heels by Nicholas Kirkwood, which feature a chunky white-and-gold hexagon and gold stiletto heel.

A golden Max Mara clutch, along with statement earrings and cocktail ring (not to mention her bronzed glow), played into the white-and-metallic colour story, with Jessica finishing the look with loose waves and a smokey eye.

At the 11th hour Jessica Alba won your hearts in the beautiful Ralph Lauren look which she wore to the brand’s Spring 2014 show during New York Fashion Week.

Not only were you enamoured of the chic nature of her look, but also the effortless styling and contrast between the heavy knit top and floaty chiffon skirt.

Jessica was so close to winning for me, but Hilary Rhoda in her sexy asymmetrical Prabal Gurung frock with cut-out details was my eventual choice.

Like Jessica, it was both perfectly styled and effortlessly groomed. I couldn’t take my eyes off her.

When it came to the fellas, we were on the same track once again by voting for Daniel Radcliffe in David Hart.

I have recently looked back over a few of his red carpet appearances because I was trying to discover when he became such a snazzy red carpet dresser. You just can’t help but be hypnotized by the rich grape colour and impeccable cut and tailoring of his suit.

Jessica Alba In Ralph Lauren - Front Row @ Ralph Lauren

Jessica Alba attended many shows during New York Fashion Week, but my favourite from her, and possibly overall, was the uber-chic look she wore front row at Ralph Lauren yesterday afternoon.

Wearing a top-to-toe Ralph Lauren look, she made my heart skip several beats wearing a black knit cropped sweater and ballet-pink chiffon skirt from the Resort 2014 collection, which she styled with a Ralph Lauren Collection patent-leather frame bag and black sandals.

Movie-star dark shades and a chic updo completed her look. If Aubrey Hepburn was attending the Ralph Lauren Spring 2014 show yesterday, this is what she would’ve worn.

I’m so swept away with the romance of this look.

Jessica Alba In Skies Are Blue & J Brand - Piperlime Event

Piperlime hosted an event yesterday to unveil Jessica Alba as their latest guest editor. She will be picking out her Fall look, which will be both online and in-store. Click here to check out her must-haves for Fall.

She arrived at the event wearing a head-to-toe look you can shop right now.

Working a dark lip, which has become popular again as we transition to the new fall season, and a simple topknot, Jessica wore a Skies Are Blue short-sleeved plaid shirt tucked into J Brand’s ‘Maria’ high-rise skinny jeans, which she accessorized with a Clare Vivier leopard clutch and Sam Edelman ‘Desiree’ pumps in a dark-teal hue.

Adding a navy blazer, I would happily work this look from head to toe.

I know some of you aren’t too fond of animal prints, but do you like this look as much as I do?

Front Row @ NYFW

The fashionably eclectic front-row styles continue, as New York Fashion Week marches on, with starlets showing up at every turn in their designer best.

Jessica Alba @ Narciso Rodriguez: At Tuesday’s Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2014 fashion presentation at Sir Stage37 in New York City, the actress simply stunned in a Fall 2013 dress from the designer, accessorized with a Jimmy Choo ‘Candy’ clutch, wrist cuffs and Rona Pfeiffer square pave stud earrings. I love the sharp, graphic contrast that the black and white styling brings to this look, countered by Jessica’s sleek, straight locks. Even the white pumps couldn’t have been more appropriate.

Rita Ora @ Pyer Moss: The British songstress cropped up at the Pyer Moss Spring 2014 fashion show donning a Sally LaPointe Spring 2014 eggshell lambskin top and skirt, matched with metallic-gold Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps. The asymmetric, one-sleeve detail of the top and the wrapped skirt, not to mention those retro round shades, kept yet another midriff moment fresh and cool.

Iggy Azalea @ Naeem Khan: The rapper attended the Naaem Khan Spring 2014 show on Tuesday at The Theatre at Lincoln Center, where she flaunted the designer’s Resort 2014 black-and-gold wool crepe sheath dress that featured gold baroque beading. Simple pale-pink makeup tones and a platinum topknot juxtaposed the more elaborate vibe of the frock, which ultimately needed a boost that didn’t come with those black pumps.

31 Phillip Lim for Target Launch Event

The 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection doesn’t hit stores until September 15, with prices ranging from $19.99 to $299.99 for apparel and $19.99 to $59.99 for accessories, so just to further whet our appetites, the designer hosted a party to celebrate the collaboration at Spring Studios in New York City yesterday evening, inviting along some of his loyal celebrity fans.

Jessica Alba: The actress wore the ‘Boom’ print sweatshirt ($29.99) – which I predict will be one of the pieces many people will be hoping to get their hands on – which was inspired by the designer’s ‘Ka-Pow’ sweater from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection. Jessica styled her sweater with two-tone black-and-blue tuxedo pants ($39.99) and a 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target bag which was inspired by the ‘Pashli’ bag, with red Christian Louboutin ‘Decollete 554′ pumps completing her laidback I-want-every-piece look.

Maria Sharapova: The tennis star wore a colour-block look, opting for a navy-and-green pullover ($34.99) with a navy banded skirt ($29.99), adding her own touch via her white Nicholas Kirkwood gold-and-white resin hexagon accented pumps from the designer’s HEX collection.

Solange Knowles: Also working a high-low mix, the singer worked a navy-and-black tuxedo ($59.99) with, of course, a colourful animal-printed skirt ($29.99). Givenchy sandals and a Fendi clutch accessorized her look, with an additional pop of colour coming from her vivid red lip shade.
