There was a lot of fist pumping going on when I saw Florence Welch on the red carpet at the 2012 Met Gala, which took place in New York City on Monday night.
That’s because the British singer wore the exact Alexander McQueen Fall 2012 dress I had selected for her in my Fashion Week review.
This is the first time I have ever gotten it right, so I’m going to cherish this moment.
Florence glided down the red carpet wearing this dandelion embroidered organza tiered dress with matching embellished sandals with an armadillo heel and a classic McQueen clutch.
Now that she has worn a look from my wish list, I can honestly say it’s just as perfect as I imagined it would be.
A braided updo completed her look.
