Smile, You’re Wearing Couture Award
Emma Watson graced the red carpet on her home turf at the 2011 BAFTA Awards in London tonight.
She looked beautiful wearing a Valentino Spring 2011 Couture gown. The first to wear a look from this recently presented collection.
Whilst her one shoulder ruffle and pleated floral print gown is stunning, I wish she looked like she was happy to be on the red carpet. Her energy was very low.
Gold statement earrings and gold heels completed her look.

Despite a heavy promotional schedule, Emma Watson still looked as fresh as daisy on NBC’s The Today Show yesterday.
She arrived wearing her studded Burberry trench, but on the show she revealed a gorgeous Carven Fall 2010 dress.
The demure shirt collar figure hugging taupe dress was paired Sergio Rossi pumps and a grosgrain belt.
Emma was on the Today Show to talk about her new movie, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1″ but the first question Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb asked her was about all the attention her haircut been has received.
“I wasn’t really anticipating so much drama about it,” she said, “but it’s great; I’m loving it.”

Emma Watson has been making the promotional rounds for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1″ in New York yesterday and today.
Her first look was her Burberry Bespoke trench coat which she wore when she touched down at JFK.
She paired this look with jeans, raybans, Chanel flats and a
Burberry studded leather Knight bag.
This is the first Burberry Bespoke trench coat to be worn by a celebrity.
Who wants to bet that Victoria Beckham will be the second?
For her appearance on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’, Emma wore military-inspired navy Burberry wool coat over a
red and black sequined slinky dress which she paired with black Charlotte Olympia Paloma satin platform pumps.
On her way to “Live with Regis and Kelly” this morning, Emma wore yet another Burberry Bespoke trench.
This time the beige colour trench had gold studded sleeves, which matched her gold studded Burberry Knight bag.
On Regis & Kelly Live Emma wore a forest green Marios Schwab Fall 2010 dress.
The fans went crazy for Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint at the “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1″ New York Premiere last night.
Unfortunately I couldn’t get as excited about her Calvin Klein dress.
Many stars like Diane Kruger, Zoe Saldana and Thandie Newton call pull off the minimalist look so well, but I was expecting so much more from Emma especially after her London Premiere.
Her custom designed Calvin Klein Collection black double silk satin halter dress, was paired with Calvin Klein Collection black copper anklet sandals from the Spring 2011 collection.
She also added a jeweled hair accessory and a floral bracelet which snaked up her arm to complete her look.
Emma looks nice, but the wow factor I was so desperately looking for was missing.

It was always going to be between Emma Watson and Gwyneth Paltrow for the title of Best Dressed this week.
You loved Emma in her Rafael Lopez lace feathered dress, which she wore to the “Harry Potter” London Premiere.
The teenager we all knew became a confident women on the red carpet that night. I’m not sure if it was her tan or the make-up, but she was glowing.
Give me a sexy thigh-high split, a Versace gown and a woman who is able to take complete ownership of that gown and I will always fall head-over-heels in love.
That’s what happened at the
2010 CMA Awards this week when Gwyneth walked the red carpet wearing an Atelier Versace gown.
Both worthy winners.
We all found a fault with Emma Watson’s look at the
Warner Bros Leavesden Studios photocall last night.
It was either her hair, her make-up, her dress, her accessories or her shoes.
Tonight at the “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1″ World Premiere she was FLAWLESS.
It’s been a while since someone gave me goosebumps.
I didn’t think anyone could top Leighton Meester or Gwyneth Paltrow this week, but I think Emma does so with relative ease.
She showed us just how confident she is on the red carpet with her new ‘do wearing a stunning
Rafael Lopez lace and feathered dress.
Her lace dress with a built in bra and feathered hem is just the type of look to show off her flirty feminine side, whilst still giving us a young fresh sophisticated look.
The original version of this dress had a
longer skirt, so I’m glad Emma wore a modified version.
I’m now super excited to see what else she gives us during this promo tour. Hopefully the only way is up.
Charlotte Olympia pumps, Solange Azagury Partridge jewels and a Remembrance Day poppy completed her BDOTW worthy look.
One day, two BDOTY contenders. I love that everyone is upping their game.
