Emma Watson In Elie Saab Couture – Lancôme Dinner

Following on from yesterday’s post, here is the full-length picture of Emma Watson at the Lancôme dinner in Hong Kong.

She opted to wear her Elie Saab Fall 2011 Couture midnight blue dress with Jimmy Choo ‘Vamp’ sandals.

This full-length picture confirms that this is a BDOTW worthy look.

Emma Watson In Luisa Beccaria & Elie Saab Couture – Lancôme Dinner & Press Conference

Emma Watson was in Hong Kong today fulfilling her duties for the cosmetic brand Lancôme.

She attended a press conference wearing a summery Luisa Beccaria Spring 2012 dress.

Her event-and weather-appropriate white dress has blue and white floral appliqués on the bodice for an ultra-feminine touch with added frills around the waistband and hemline.

The dress is sweet without being sickly sweet and her light makeup is very complementary.

Silver accessories including Jimmy Choo strappy sandals completed her look.

At the dinner party later in the evening, Emma was easy to spot her Elie Saab Fall 2011 mini dress which is our second look from this collection this week.

Her backless midnight-blue tulle mini dress with an embellished bodice and velvet floral appliqué tied to the waist was amped up with some sexy styling.

Slicked-back hair and a seductive red pout shows how much the young actress continues to grow up before our very eyes on the red carpet.

A simple silver necklace and a ring matching her dress completed her look.

Emma Watson In Jason Wu – ‘My Week With Marilyn’ London Premiere

Emma Watson joined the dashing Eddie Redmayne on the red carpet in London tonight for the premiere of ‘My Week With Marilyn’.

The young actress wore a Jason Wu Spring 2012 look.

This is my sister’s favourite look of the entire Spring 2012 season.

I have a feeling she will be slightly disappointed to see that the Heather grey Swarovski Elements embroidered pleated top isn’t paired with the high-waist matching shorts, but I really like this look.

Emma isn’t the star of this movie, so I think made a great decision to tone down the look a little.

The look is still cute, young and fun with the short black skirt and Charlotte Olympia Pandora classic perspex clutch with an animal print pouch.

This look shows that Emma has a lot of class, style and maturity.

Jimmy Choo ‘Greta’ black suede sandals, Solange Azagury-Partridge earrings and rosy cheeks completed her look.

Who Wore McQ Better? Emma Watson or Chloe Moretz

Emma Watson wore this cute plaid McQ tartan wool puffball mini dress to the GQ Men Of The Year Awards which was held at The Royal Opera House in London early last month.

Her hair and makeup were kept light and youthful as she added a pair of Christian Louboutin Spike pumps to spice up her look.

On the red carpet she wore this dress with an edgy biker jacket.

Chloe Moretz wore the same dress just four days later when she attended The Independent Filmmaker Project during the 2011 Toronto Film Festival.

Her look was styled with black heels worn over black socks.

It’s ironic how Emma, who’s older than Chloe, appears to be younger.

Emma wins for me as I love the tulle tutu she wore under her skirt to give it more volume and give her overall look more personality.

Emma Watson In McQ – 2011 GQ Men Of The Year Awards

Emma Watson arrived on the red carpet opting for a very different look at the 2011 GQ Men Of The Year Awards in London tonight.

The young actress channeled punk-chic wearing a McQ tartan wool puffball mini dress from the Fall 2011 collection.

This is a striking choice for Emma.

I’m glad she kept the look pretty by opting for Christian Louboutin Pigalle Spikes studded leather pumps instead of biker boots.

Her look was toughened up enough with the cropped biker jacket.

Emma Watson’s Red Carpet Transformation

Ten years ago a young Emma Watson first hit the red carpet as the bright young ‘Harry Potter’ star.

Back then she wouldn’t have known that she would go on to make 7 more Harry Potter movies and become a millionairess, an icon to many teenage girls, the face of Burberry, collaborate with Alberta Ferretti and be called a fashion icon by many leading fashion magazines.

The Early Years
Her journey started off at the 2001 “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” London Premiere. You can tell by what she’s wearing that was already interested in dressing up as she added a feather boa to jazz up her look.

In 2002 the young actress had already grown up a lot in a space of a year. At the “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” LA Premiere she opted for a ‘bohemian meets biker’ look pairing a brown paisley dress with matching leather jacket and boots.

At the “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” New York Premiere it was clear the young star needed some help.
