Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Emma Watson made her first ever appearance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ which aired on Tuesday.

The British actress, who was there to promote her new movie ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’, also talked to the host about her dating life, most specifically the cultural differences between American and British boys.

She said, “English guys are very well put together. They dress really well and they are very well mannered. But they are also very restrained. Usually, in the whole courting situation, I‘m used to being ignored for the first two months of the ritual. Then I arrive in America and I remember a few nights into Brown this guy just being like, ‘I like you. You’re great. Let’s go on a date. Let’s do it.’ I’m like, ‘I’m sorry, what just happened?’ This is, like, a huge culture shock for me. They’re very open and very straight forward, but they wear flip-flops and I don’t know if I like that.”
She selected a Prabal Gurung Resort 2013 dress for the occasion.

Her printed V-neck cocktail dress, which features two front patch pockets and bright red panels on the shoulders, is cinched in at the waist with a black peplum belt.

The actress pinned her wavy hair back on each side and opted for pink glossy lips.

Emma Watson represented British actresses in Hollywood at Elle’s celebrations at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, last night.

She also wore a look from the Calvin Klein Spring 2013 collection.

The details on her nude-and-black dress are slightly more visible on the runway version.

Emma’s bi-colour satin dress with a layered skirt and nipped-in waist was styled with the same black sandals the model wore on the runway.

As Emma is currently in the stages of growing out her cropped hairdo, I love this chic updo in preference over her previous styling.

Flawless makeup completed her look.

Emma Watson continued to promote her new movie, ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’ on The Jonathan Ross Show in London which aired on Friday.

The actress wore a cute Cushnie et Ochs Resort 2013 dress which has been deemed by many as too risqué.

That’s because her sleeveless violet leather dress had daring cut-outs at the waist and keyhole detail.

Black cut-out sandals, a wavy, side-parted hairstyle and barely there makeup completed her look.

Emma Watson attended a special screening of her latest flick ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ held at the Mayfair Hotel in London last night.

The British actress becomes the third person this week to don a look from the Christian Dior Fall 2012 Couture, after Julianne Moore and Natalie Portman, but Emma opted for something more masculine.

Her black cut-off ballgown was styled with black cigarette pants.

I love the peplum effect of this look, but the hair is too cutesy. Even though she’s done the slicked-back hair and red-lip look several times before, it would’ve really worked to give this outfit an edge.

Emma styled her look with simple black Dior pumps, diamond Boucheron earrings and a silver Tiffany & Co. keys heart pendant necklace.

After her guest appearance on Jimmy Fallon, Emma Watson continued to promote her new movie ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ which had its New York premiere held at the Crosby Street Hotel yesterday evening.

Donning her second look of the night, the young actress wore her second look by Brood.

You may remember she wore the emerging designer to the MTV Movie Awards earlier this year, and she supported Serkan Sarier again wearing a look from his Fall 2012 collection.

The halterneck blouse with a one-shoulder detail was styled with a button-down skirt with a peplum overlay.

She styled her look with simple white Prada pumps, adding colour to her look via her green eyeshadow.

Having pulled back her hair into an updo for the last two appearances, she left her hair down on this occasion.

To you like this look, which continues to see Emma opt for more fashion-forward looks, or do you find it overly fussy?
